    Hello, I am Casayun.
    Today, I will be sharing delicious and easy carrot muffins recipe.
    Personally, I don't like carrots, but I really enjoy eating this carrot muffins.
    It is not overly sweet but so moist and soft that everyone will like this recipe.
    The sweetness of cream cheese frosting goes really well with muffins, fantastic combination ! 😉
    It's also super easy to make,

    Carrot Muffins
    6 servings
    Unsalted butter 80g
    Brown sugar 100g
    Eggs 2
    Salt 2g
    Whipping cream 50g
    Carrots 150g
    All purpose flour 220g
    Baking powder 1 Tbsp
    - Cream cheese frosting
    Unsalted butter 50g
    Cream cheese 120g
    Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
    Powdered sugar 80g
    Please prepare ✓
    * Butter, cream cheese, eggs, whipping cream are left at room temperature for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour to remove cold.
    * Line a 6-cup muffin tin with paper liners and set it aside.
    * Grate the amount of carrots.
    1. Make brown butter. Put the amount of butter in the saucepan and heat it sufficiently over medium heat until the butter turns brown. You don’t need to stir often. This process can take 30 minutes or more. When the butter turns brown, cool to room temperature and prepare. While the butter is cooling, prepare muffin mold and grated carrots.
    2. Put brown sugar in a clean bowl, and mix lightly with brown butter(room temperature). Add in the eggs one at a time. Add in salt, whipping cream and grated carrots and mix.
    3. Add in sifted dry ingredients(flour, baking powder) and mix. Mix well until you can’t see any flour. (Please make sure not to mix too much. It may make the texture hard.)
    4. Put a certain amount of batter in the prepared muffin mold.
    5. Bake 15-18 minutes in an oven preheated to 180℃ (356℉). (Check if a toothpick inserted in the center of the muffin comes out clean)
    6. Prepare cream cheese frosting. In a cream bowl, put unsalted butter and cream cheese and mix until smooth. Add all the rest of the ingredients and combine them smoothly.
    7. Put the baked muffins on a wire rack and cool it down completely. Once it’s cooled, put the frosting on top.

      분베이크님 ~~ 💕 아이가 일년만에 학교를 가다니 걱정이 많이 되시겠어요..아직도 상황이 좋지 않은지라.. 아이구..🥲 전 아직 학부모가 아니라 실감은 안나지만 😅 2년안에 모든게 일상으로 돌아갈수 있을까요? 그래도 등교를 한다니 아이는 친구들 만나서 좋을것 같네요^^ 부디 몸 조심히 가족들 모두 지내시길 바래요 💕😘

    크림치즈 프로스팅 두번이나 만들었는데 실패했어요ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 슈가파우더 넣기전까진 괜찮았는데 슈가파우더만 넣으면 묽어지고 알갱이가 생기는데 이유가 멀까요..???
