Thank you! Was having so much upper back dull pain on side of cast. Between your exercises and setting up sleep as per your video, I finally got a good night's sleep!
These exercises have made a huge difference, reducing stiffness and soreness. Clear, straightforward with nice timing and your kind encouraging voice. Thank you Michelle. Fractured wrist in London
thanks so much. 2 weeks after ORIF distal radius and splint/casting is weary. Glad I found this to help shoulder and be stronger for when the cast comes off down the road
Your videos are so helpful. God bless you! -Sadly, I went skating and fell on the ice the other day, breaking the radius. It was reduced and put in a cast twice, two days in a row. And I am to see the orthopedic surgeon some time this week. Meanwhile I was trying to keep up my light aerobic workouts in the living room, dancing slowly being mindful of the wrist, but I am not sure that I am not making things worse. -I will definitely try to do these careful movements.
Thank you so much for these and other exercises! What a difference, both physically and mentally. Now, thanks to your absolutely fabulous videos, life is beautiful even while wearing a cast!❤
I don't have a cast, but I get a lot of stiffness in my shoulders (especially in the morning). My shoulders feel way lighter after doing these. Great way to start the day
Thnks for this vid. Really helps me a lot. Had a fractured elbow last month and still dealing with it thankfully i found your video but exercise 1 and 2 is so painful in my situation, I can't really lift my arm so high.
thank you for amazing exercises. I have a distal radius fracture. would you be so kind to tell if I should walk with arm sling? or the broken hand can be straioght down? can I walk a lot? or does it effects the healing badly? thank you so much :)
I am not a doctor or physio however, I have a broken wrist which is in a cast. I have personally found walking keeps me fit, physically and mentally. I use a sling for my walks as I have read that it isn't good to have your arm hanging. Hope this gives you some reassurance : )
I'm so grateful to you and so happy to find these exercises. I wish I could find them earlier, as nobody told me about possible pain in my shoulder after the wrist fracture. They really help! Thanks a lot!!!!

Brilliant! I'm day 6 in a backslab cast. So glad I've found you!,
Just had ORIF of radius today. I'm still numb from the regional block but when that wears off I'll plan on doing these while I recover. Thank you!!

I've been doing your standing exercise but found it uncomfrotable. So I decided to try this, lying down, and what a difference! Thank you for this.
