    Dry yeast - 8 g
    All-purpose flour - 20 g
    Milk - 100 ml
    2 Dough:
    Yolk - 2 pieces
    Sugar - 100 g
    Salt - ½ tsp
    Turmeric - ½ tsp
    Vanilla sugar - 10 g
    Milk - 100 ml
    Sour cream - 50 g
    Butter - 80 g
    All-purpose flour - 400 g
    Raisins - 60 g
    Cognac - 2-3 tsp
    Lemon Curd:
    Lemon juice - 80 ml
    Sugar - 80 g
    Egg - 1 piece
    Corn starch - 10 g
    Butter - 40 g
    Gelatin glaze:
    Gelatin - 3 g
    Water for gelatin - 18 ml
    Sugar - 100 g
    Water for syrup - 40 ml
    Oven - 180C / 356 F
    Time - 30-40 minutes
