Great idea to use ricotta or cream cheese!! My mom always made it with cottage cheese which I’m not a super big fan of because of the texture of baked cottage cheese, but this looks delicious and I’ll definitely make it. Thank you so much!!!

Hello Greg :) Yes, this is best to be made a day in advance. It is best served completely cold. It is like a cheesecake with a yeast dough crust. wish you a Happy Easter!

It is very inetersting to see that in every country of the Eastern or Central Europe the word "pasca, pascha" means something different. In my family it is kind of non baked cottage cheese cake with rasins, but usually it is kind of brioche.
I wonder why this channel is so underrated. I love the recipes being shared here.
