"Don't go crazy torquing the nuts down." Good tip. Distorting the dished washers can result in wheel wobble (which is often mistakenly blamed on the grinding wheel). Not sure if I distorted the dished washers by over torquing or if they came distorted from the factory, but I ended up buying precision machined flat washers which also had less slop on the ID fit on the arbor shaft.

I had some issues getting the wheels off an old grinder I had lying around, turns out some genius at the factory decided to glue/epoxy the wheels on... nothing a little brute force with a lever can't fix
