Thanks for mentioning the slightly uncooked rice situation- I think it has happened to all of us at some point…great to know how to address this! When I try this gem of a recipe I am going to try to use a whole grain instead of rice though. In fact, I was wondering if your talented self could share some recipes using whole grains such as Farro and Einkorn- pilafs, salads, bowls etc. Have you cooked with these? I am trying to focus on anti-inflammatory foods, avoiding white rice etc. I look to you because your flavors are always on point and your recipes are divine. 🫶
I love your recipes but are you able to make them longer? Like really show us in more detail and make the videos more 25/30 minutes? When they are 5 minutes I can't keep up and sometimes don't even know how things got cut or prepared to look like that. Thank you
