Try putting the key in the on position then clear the code with scanner it will say something to the nature of not successful, once it says that turn the key off, then fire it up. Within 3 seconds lights should clear, if this doesn't help, you may have dealership issue. Hopes this help out

Once truck is turned of computer will recognize the same issue. From my experience as long as truck run they will stay off.
