In this video, I show you how to recreate and adapt Julian Naglesmann's RB Leipzig tactics in FIFA 20 so that they will actually work in game.
Leipzig utilise a high-intesity, fluid system which changes and varies formation and shape regularly. Employing this requires lots of versatile players with pace, energy and technical ability.
Depending on their opponents, Leipzig generally switch between a 5-3-2, 4-2-2-2 and a 3-4-3. All the while, they're playing in a similar way; which involves a gegen-pressing mentality; mixed in with an emphasis on vertical attacking.
