► Sub now: redirect.bunde...
Julian Nagelsmann is one of the most exciting coaches in the Bundesliga. In 2016, he became the youngest permanent head coach in the league's history at the age of 28. He took Hoffenheim from the relegation zone to the Champions League and turned Leipzig into title contenders. Now the native Bavarian is back home, aiming to win trophies with the German record champions. What can the new boss achieve at Bayern? Let us know in the comments.

tuchel klopp nagelsmann flick… german managers are just different breed
They Germans and Spaniards produce the best coaches
German coaches have been top
Who is here after he was sacked
Honestly felt bad for the guy, hope bayern loses both Bundesliga and Champions League after eliminating City 😡😡
He can lift the UCL with Bayern. Attack is great needs bit more control on midfield and strengthen the defense to prevent counterattack.
Yeah... defense has been shaky since the gladbach incident
@@na10fs it’s a high press and can be caught out because they play such a positive high scoring brand of football
unai emery: Good ebening bayern
This is my take on Nagelsmann and European football. Nagelsmann is without a doubt the best and brightest young manager in football today, but I think that if he really wants to develop and grow even more as a manager, he should leave Germany after 4 or 5 years and go to Spain, where he can take over at Barcelona. To me, Barcelona identifies and develops youth better than any other club in the world. Real Madrid is on top right now because they have more money and Barca is rebuilding, but I expect Barca to catch and maybe even pass them in 4 or 5 years. I think that Inter Milan is going to re-establish itself as the top club in Italy over the next few years and I would love to see Napoli succeed, but I don't think they have the financial resources to pass Inter, at least not yet. I don't really like English football right now because other than Liverpool, Arsenal, and Manchester United, all the top clubs in that country just try to buy silverware. Chelsea and Man City were not big clubs before Abramovich and they won trophies because they were bought out by insanely wealthy foreign investors. Liverpool, Arsenal, and United won pretty much all their silverware primarily with superior scouting, management, and player development. United, for example, was pretty much an underachieving mid table club before Ferguson took over and totally revamped their youth academy. It took them about 5 years to really become competitive and Ferguson was almost sacked before all of his hard work finally paid off. Liverpool was in a similar (but slightly better) situation before Klopp took over. To me, every EPL trophy that Man City bought when Klopp came in second should go to Liverpool. I don't dislike Guardiola, but he is winning right now because he has more money and better players, not because he is the better manager and the same was true at Bayern Munich and possibly at Barcelona (though I can't remember who all of Real Madrid's players were back then). I think that whoever comes out on top in Serie A should be the club to watch in Champions League next year. I am not saying that an Italian club will win it, but Serie A is rapidly improving as a league from top to bottom, especially clubs like AC Milan. Any one of about 4 or 5 clubs could win the Scudetto next year. You can't say that about any of the other top leagues.
Aged we'll.
That's why still germany A great power in football gives young coaches the opportunity klopp tuchel and now nagelsmann I hop he become the forth german manager win champions league in row
Lies again? He Man
Don’t forget Flick
Heynckes,Tuchel,Klopp and Flick...incoming Nagelsmann.
This guy is a genius. Interesting that German coaches are the ones who kicked him out of the previous two champions league competitions.
I think that with exception of Pep Guardiola, the best coaches in the World right now are mostly German. In fact, the last 3 CL-winners were all trained by German coaches and chances are pretty good that the same will happen this season.
I bet the 2022 UCL final might be a fight btw. Nagelsmann's Bayern and Tuchel's Chelsea, two great tacticians and talented coaches, looking forward to that.
@@weiliang8712 Unstoppable force versus an immovable object. The best offence in the world versus the best defence.
@@tomekmachowski764 honestly rma Liverpool and city have a greater chance with Bayern compared to Chelsea and even Ajax

Watching this after they sacked him for no apparent reason 💀

Who’s here after he got sacked 😭
Who else came after GP sacking?
Naglesmann has a stronger team than Flick's 19-20. If we keep this up, we will win the UCL again. This will be a great few years for Bayern and Germany. Flick will tear up the WC2022 with his current squad and Nagelsmann will tear up Europe.
gerrmany isnt a good team now
France or Brasil or Argentina will win World Cup
@@louis-olivierst-pierre5591 france, brazil, arg players almost all playing in different clubs, germany only needs to adapt bayern tatics
Too quick lol knocked out by 7th place Villarreal
who is watching this video after he sacked ?
I really liked him when he was in Hoffenheim. I knew he would be a good coach, but he became GREAT coach!
..sorry we are here as Chelsea fans..you know is that time😂😂
He's a becoming a legendary manager
this defenitely stir a debate between Nagelsmann and Hansi Flick
@@johnlau6749 Ooh yh, that would be a good debate.
@@noiirr1 absolutely, both of them win trophies
@@johnlau6749 Flick turned a toothless Bayern into ferocious beast that will hound you down from the get go. It's great, mind you, and highly entertaining. However, on the long run, it's not very sustainable. Nagelsmann came and tweak things up and now the have more harmonious tempo that they can adjust mid-game (the latest match against Freiburg is a good example).

Welcome to Chelsea.
He is living the dream of any fan , every fan wants to at some point either play or manage the club they love. He is an inspiration to us all.
The man who will revolutionize football as we know it.
A Legend behind the Legends.
Soon he will b the best coach itw.
imagine a bayern vs chelsea, the student vs the teacher, and the student win....
Klopp won the cl and he was basically tuchel’s teacher, then tuchel won and now it’s time for Nagelsmann to put his name in history
Welcome to Chelsea!
We need a story of Adminho - From a greatest own goal scorer to best admin in the world.
Adminho's own goal is a feature, not a bug.
I like Nagelsmann a lot, I hope he will stay at FC Bayern for a very long time
this aged well

@@100bmw9 bro can u tell me why Bayern sacked him???
watching this as a united fan
where did we go wrong
Selling the club to the Glazer family. It is not the fan's or the team's fault. The fish always stinks from the head first.
Just imagine if everything works according to what he has planned, Bayern is gonna be unstoppable for many many years to come!
Gotta be Conte's replacement at Tottenham Hotspur ... get it done asap Levy
Why would he want a career suicide ?
I love him and respect him so much . I have been following him since Lipezig and I was so happy when he came to Bayern. A real genius. But most importantlya loveable and great personality
I used to hate him when he was in rb Leipzig because he make things hard for Bayern but now I'm a great fan of him😅
lool 🤣
Successor of Klopp and tuchel. Hope nagelsmann wins the best coach of the year award in the future
What a revenge will be if he joins Chelsea and beat Madrid might play with Bayern
Miasanmia 🔥🔥🔥
Klopp is the best german coach ever no doubt pure coaching ability improving young players and waking sleeping giants in mainz dortmund and Liverpool his football and passion is unbelievable it will be forever before another coach wins back to back titles against bayern and a cup off them in style just the best ❤️
34 for a coach this genius..that's absolutely mind-blowing..😳
Who's here after he got sacked 😂
Bring him back to Hoffenheim 😭
nah we like him

Was i the only one that heard the part that he said it was not only his decision to be a coach but of Thomas Tuchel...?
Chelsea 💙
Born and bred bavarian. He also has another residential person at bayern. Who else than Thomas Müller
Malik tillman, stanisic, tuchel, gotze schweinsteiger lahm adeyemi and weigl neuhaus and even Felix brych are also Bavarians
@@edmond05levelasian14 It's true
this man will be bayern's alex ferguson.. he will stay at the club for 20+ years
He must achieve UCL to become a legend
Well, he is only 34 years old. Many coaches work until they are 70 years old. So, that leaves 36 seasons to win the UCL and he is already at a top team. I may not be alive when he does, but I think it is relatively safe to say that he will :-).
Im from the future. He will get fired by bayern munich.
Chelsea FC is calling, I'm rooting he takes us to the top
Dear Julian Nagelsmann
Please Quit Bayern Munich and Save Man United 😭
Julian Nagelsmann Our Saviour 🇩🇪💖
SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T KNOW HIM : IS HE A PLAYER 😂😂
I think he will continue to win the Meistershale and his team is the UCL favorite
If I'm Psg and Chelsea I'm fighting for Nagelsmann, because they need managers atm
Who's here after Chelsea appointments
This is an emotional and inspiring story. Ending a career before it started but didn't give up on his life by retiring his football dream.
Nagglesman thank you for inspiring a lot of individuals across the globe on sticking to your passion no matter the setbacks.
Looks like a young math professor with high potential...
We are immensely lucky and fortunate to have him as our coach and our boss!
His brilliance, passion and his love for the club just makes it even better. Hope we grow together! #AntiJinxHashtag
Thank you Mr. Fashionable!
Bayern with Julian is more lethal than Bayern with pep and flick combined
Great story about a coach who can lead his team to the highest levels.
Welcome to Chelsea
From coaching my cousin nadiem amiri at Hoffenheim to bossing it at Bayern. Big up
4:52 Sule 📈
Think about this, he's younger than Buffon, Neuer, Xavi and so many more tacticians and players who are very good at reading the game
Would love to see him take over the reigns from Klopp, seems like an all round good bloke and a great tactician
He is good manager
Wow he'll be an interesting replacement for Klopp. Liverpool fan here from NZL 🇳🇿🇨🇰👍
the kid even skateboards, i can say that, this dude is younger than me by a year. what a legend.
Bayern made a huge mistake sacking him before the City game,he would've beaten them I'm sure.
Is this bundesliga channel or bayern Munich channel? Why only Bayern players shown at the end?
😂

Julian deserves a movie
It would be fantastic to watch his story
Any idea for the script?
Now he is the head coach of the national team! What a young star manager! 👏👏👏
I love this coach its a genius
Great coach
With a team like Bayern is the key of success ❤
It’s crazy tuchel, klopp, and Julian have a Career that intertwined with each other. Tuchel got influence from tuchel, tuchel was under klopp now all a world class managers in their own way.
Awesome from manager for Germainy 👍🏻

I want to learn german because of him
🐐 Manager
And he just lost to Augsburg
He will be the next coach for Germany
Wow his command of English is perfect. Suitable for Chelsea FC
Before i was thinking hi will do wonders with Rb Leipzig and win Bundesliga title
like Jurgen klopp but now I'm disappointed about him why bayern munich I don't understand
Julian Nagelsmann needs to win his first trophy as a manager and this season’s German Bundesliga is plausible. No one knows who will win the UEFA Champions League from the group stages, so FC Bayern Munich are just one of the favourites that can be doomed in the later stages.
He can’t achieve anything he will get sacked 😂
Top 4 with Hoffenheim and CL semi-final with Leipzig? League winning experience with a top club?
I'm worried about the way Hé défend, maybe if he developp this side , bayern will win the UCL easily.
Aii
Ok
This coach is genius, unfortunately for him that he couldn't get any major trophy from 2 previous clubs that he joined at, but now at Bayern Munchen I see that he will doing wonder with this big club
Real Gem amongst the current crop of Top German coaches . He is worth securing the treble for Bayern . #Mia San mia
I think he will be sacked for no good reason and go on to Chelsea where Tuchel was sacked for no good reason.🤣
Bayern munchen, sesinle daha gözel
Down to 2nd in the league. Gets sacked. Bundes liga anyone.
He age was different 1 year with Robert Lewandowski, what a life.
watched him in the CL qualifier for hoffenhiem, he change tactical system 4 times in one half.. and was always one step ahead..
He's definitely improved our game in all aspects! We look defensively more solid, and SOMEHOW we look even deadlier in attack🤩🤯❤️
Why did he get the sack
