It’s so nice to see that more visually impaired persons are becoming Plant Base. I’m also totally blind and I am plant-based vegan. Thank you Chef AJ because of tapping into your program and learning so much this has become my way of eating.

Yeah, I'm hoping to spread veganism through blind accessible games. I'm also considering writing another book but this time in the style of short horror stories. It'll be very graphic but hopefully very powerful. It'll be like Handmaid's Tale where it's basically what happens in animal agriculture but with humans.

Oh my God - I can't believe this interview. Mind blowing. I know someone that just got a kidney transplant, and the diet the nutritionist prescribed is fish, chicken, lean proteins, low carbohydrates, only certain veggies. That's just crazy.

That makes me so mad! The effects of high protein diets have been established for DECADES but that info doesn't reach the people who need it!

Thanks! ☺️ I've always wanted to do game design but it just wasn't accessible enough for me. Now I think I can make some decent strides. My biggest hurdle is just the programming since that's really hard. I have some crazy goals, like making a blind accessible monster taming game. If I practice enough then hopefully I can do that some day.

Tiffany you are a very cool and inspirational woman! Can’t wait to read your book. Btw I live in st charles IL and it’s still pretty much a vegan desert out here for the times we are forced(lol) to go out! Best to you!❤

Thank you! ☺️ Yeah, there aren't many places in Crystal Lake to get vegan food. Taco Bell, Subway, Noodles and Company, and Panera are pretty much it. But there is some kind of crazy sandwich place that is now serving some vegan food so we might try that.

Some people think they're healthy taking 15 different medications.

Yep and then claim their diet couldn't possibly have caused it. As I was flying to visit my family, I met a guy who was morbidly obese. He needed belt extenders just to buckle in and his fat sat on the arm rests. We struck up a conversation and he told me what he did for a living so I brought up I published a book about health. He said, "Obesity runs in my family." I very nearly said, "No, McDonald's runs in your family." but instead told him there was no such thing as genetically being obese, it's all in the food. I happened to have a copy of my book in my purse so I gave it to him. Hopefully he reads it and changes his life before it's too late.
