I do this and it leaves my hair feeling crispy and it doesn’t dry it just looks wet but it feels like crispy , for example like you put a good amount of gel into your hair . How do I fix this ?

Don't use too much product! I use the last product to just hold my curls in place for several days. If you put too much gel it'll be too crunchy, also lightly scrunch your hair when all of the product is in.

Like she said use less product and scrunch your hair with a hair oil to get rid of the excess gel.
