DO you think this printer will work fine for foiling together with the minc machine I just got.

I highly recommend that you refer to the Minc® Instruction Guide for more specific information regarding what they recommend and to make sure the printer you have in mind fits the requirements needed. I can only give you my opinion on the experience I had with the printer I used as mentioned in the video and how it worked for me. Best advice I can give you would be to get a test print from the manufacturer or the reseller (retail store) and see if that test print works with your foil laminator.

Hello! Does the adhesive on the envelope melt away when it goes through the minc or will it still adhere when moistened after it goes through. (This may be a lame question, but I'm trying not to waste any in the trial process :D) Thank you so much!
The foil will only stick to the text so long as you printed it with a laser printer that uses toner. Also needs to be printed in all black toner for this to work properly.
Also I open the flap on my envelopes and lay them flat when I put them through the Minc so they won't stick.
@@designfully Hello! Yes! I only use laser toner and I open the envelope and use a sheet of parchment as a barrier between the adhesive and the carrier sheet. I also insert a piece of thicker card stock into the envelope to prevent it from being so flattened. I have learned a lot since I started foiling a couple weeks ago! Thank you so much! :D
what are your thoughts on the machine since you've had it a while now.
I haven't used it much the last couple of years but I really like what I made with it.

Yes any surface that you can apply a sticker.
Hi I was wondering if we can Foil a mylar bag / standy pouches using the minc machines . Do u think it could work
The Minc machine uses heat to apply the foil to the toner ink on paper so anything that is not made of paper would likely melt and ruin the machine and your project. I highly recommend that you contact support/help at the Hiedi Swapp Minc company website for more specifics about the types of materials that can be used.

Im planning on buying a MINC machine. I want to print out my texts Ove made on Photoshop and then foil them in the MINC. Is that possible ? I've been searching for an answer everywhere but I can't find it.
As long as you print with a laser printer with black toner it shouldn't matter which program you set up your text. Though I always prefer using InDesign for all print marketing and use Photoshop for editing images.

What printer did you use for printing card stock
I printed them myself using a Black & White laser printer. You have use laser printer with toner in order for the foil to stick to the ink. I purchased the card stock at Michales' Craft Store.

Hallo wäre die you get the Big Plastik foil. I did. buy at Aktion in Germany laminator but lost the Plastik foil. But i dos Not works at me. Everytime is Not Good i did. buy 80€ hot foil at eBay but they are Not working too. But my ask what or wäre Can i gest the Bit Plastik foil wäre i but all in pleas. Lg greetings from Germany
