The krimp weight forces the pop up to fall over time. Use cork in the pop up.

Hi, it doesn't matter on the distance. Just where ever the fish are. The more distance you fish it the less slack your line will need to be.

Hi, not really. The hinge stiff is predominantly for a helicopter lead arrangement.

What is different between 'D Rig" and "Chod Rig"?

The D part is the shape thats made to hold the bait item, like a micro swivel or bait screw etc. 01:25 Chod is the name for the whole of the hook section and if I recall Chod refers to the crud at the bottom of the lake, so this is made to sit on top of the Chod.
