I'm sure you will be getting likes on this one for quite some time, so relaxing. No stupid music in the background, no talking for nothing just brushing your cat. Perfect, just perfect. Thanks for sharing.
I'm reading some of the subtitles in this video about how fussy this cat is and it reminds me of a saying: "Cats don't have owners. They have servants." But I love them anyways. Also don't apologize for this video being long. It's very precious to watch.
Thank you for this beautiful video of you and Sasha. She reminds me of Raoul the Maine Coone I had the privilege of living with for a few years. His coloring was a dramatic mixture of many fine shades of grey with white highlights throughout. Like many Maine Coones he was happiest outdoors and when I lived in an area where he could roam with relative safety there wasn't much I could do to keep him indoors. He was young when our paths crossed and unfortunately I had to move back to NYC. Understandably, he was miserable and even though it broke my heart to do so I gave him to a wonderful family of close friends who lived in country. Their young son fell in love with Raoul as most people do with Maine Coones and that love was reciprocated. Raoul lived a healthy 18 years as a proficient mouser on a family farm. I saw him from time to time over the years and could always tell I made the right choice. I've had other wonderful cats to share my life with but Raoul will always have a place in my heart. Thanks again for reminding me of him today. And please let compliment you again on how happy and loved your Sasha looks. ♥️
I wish more kitties were as well loved and taken care of. GREAT video, so heartwarming and you commentary was almost as adorable as beautiful lady Sasha is.
She is just absolutely GORGEOUS I can watch her get loved on for hours, I have a little prince half Maine Coon half American Short Hair.....he's a big lazy loveable cat also. I just felt like telling you how beautiful Sasha is.
She is so beautiful and I love the color of her fur! She sure loves her Brush time. That's really wonderful! Since you brush her so frequently, it keeps her fur free from tangles! That's really great!
Thank u for sharing your Sasha with us. My 16 year old Maine Coon Benji went to the Rainbow Bridge July 2nd 2019. Brushing him was one of our favorite things to do. Enjoy every minute u have with your beautiful girl 🙏💗😿
We have a Main Coon cross that is black with small brown highlights and he adores the brushes. We even have a groomer with steel pins with small balls on the end and he goes catatonic for that one. Ours came from a troubled past and was returned to the SPCA twice but he is in his forever home and is daily coming out more. He is a handsome cat and quite smart. We really enjoy talking to him and our training is progressing well. They are beautiful animals to be sure. It seems this was a rescue on his part so we let him do pretty much as he wishes. He is a real gentleman and not loud and pushy. He does not hide anymore. He is out and about all day now.
We have a black Main Coon cross and he loves the spikey brush. He gets quite excited and flops all over the place while being brushed. His fur is so thick that a regular brush just slides over it. He is quite the gentleman and is smart to boot. He has taught us his version of CAT and manages to let us know what he wants from us. Never loud or pushy like some cats and if he cries at us for something it is quiet. Apparently he was returned to the shelter twice under unpleasant circumstances. Thats all gone now and he is a real mommas boy. We have watched him for the last 2 years change from a fraidy cat into a very happy cat. He is such a well behaved cat. Definitely a keeper and we absolutely adore the tail.
GORGEOUS kitty. My Domestic Longhair (generic version of Maine Coon) will not tolerate my grooming her AT ALL. I adopted her when she was already full-grown, so I didn't have the chance to train her to put up with it. So she barfs fur balls EVERY DAY. But she's beautiful so we let her get away with it. I can't get over how your Sasha just purrs and purrs and licks her paws as you go on and on.
Thank you so much for this long grooming video with explaining her daily activities. As much as I would love to have a Main Coone I am now convinced it is not the cat breed for me. Made me start asthmatic coughing just watching and reading the information. Thank you for the only music is of her purring. I guess I would have to have the fur kept trimmed to share my life with this lovely beastie.
I found that leaving my cats fur out resulted in just clumps blowing around the yard, too, UNLESS, I put them in a bird feeder. That worked wonders. Birds of all kinds made use of the fur. You could try that. (We used one of the more vertical, multi-holed types.)
OMG!!! I’m in love with Sasha! She is GORGEOUS!!! So funny I was yawning when yawn popped up, lol but love watching how much she loves being brushed. I bet people say to you like they use to say to me “when I die I want to come back as your cat” Lol..she loves you, my God she’s just beautiful!! Love the video. Thank you..good nite.
She looks so much like my Siberian cat! Even the fur and coat color! My cat hated the brush but loved to have a bath, even lifted her paws so I could wash them thoroughly 😃
Oh my goodness how precious is this you're brushing her in grooming her and she's helping you because she's grooming her toes and herself as well how adorable
She's such a really gorgeous looking cat!! My family had a black Maine Coon who we called "Hey". We got him as a kitten in May of 2005, really adorable! He was so small he could fit in a soda can box! Sadly, he passed away in late December 2018 (almost a year ago). He was 13 and a half years old when he passed.
She is so beautiful. I had a big black and white Maine Coon. He was a stray I took in and nursed back to health. Maine Coon cats are so smart. I miss my big boy so much. She is so beautiful. Thanks for sharing your baby with us. 😍
That was AWESOME! Gosh she’s so gorgeous. If my son wasn’t deathly allergic, I’d get a Maine Coon just like her! I’d die to hear that purring. When he was little we went to a friends’s house, he pet their cat, and 20 minutes later his eye was swollen shut. I laughed so hard that her food must be in a mound! So funny! She’s a lucky girl - such a devoted mom. 💜🙏🏻👼🏻✝️😇
My Maine Coon, I shave the long fur (summer). Using the plastic attachments to protect his skin & leaving 1/2 inch of fur. Use a very quite cordless. He is much more comfortable. But in the fall / winter it all grows out & looks beautiful again in his full long coat. He loves the winter, loves 30* F.
I sure wish that Gus, my 1 year old Maine Coon, enjoyed grooming like she does. He hates it, which is sad because it is so relaxing. Thank you for the video. I'll show Gus what he is missing 😉
Your comment regarding the presentation of your baby's meals has me smiling!! ☺️ My cats are the same way! Le Chef must present their moist entrée in the very center of the finest china (or paper plate)... And that carefully sculpted mound must be maintained at intervals until completion of the course currently served, and the service of the next... (until the 8 little buggers, including my deaf white Maine coon, DaVinci, swarm me to try and score bonus noms!) 🙄😜😁🤣😋
Eye! Two wonderful persons ! I have also an Cat, n european short hair. Name is " Silver", like "long john silver" from Stevensons book Die Schatzinsel". Ha is 7 years oldand lovely! Many greets from germany /Schwerin!! Uwe.
When I had my (very lazy) horse he used to like to snooze in the morning sun (well most of the time actually) and the birds would literally pluck the fur off his back, he didn’t care, he couldn’t be bothered to make a fuss. There must be white fluffy nests everywhere. RIP Thomas 🙏
This is why I love Maine Coons. They are such a people cat. The closest being I can think of that would correlate to their behavior are Golden Retrievers. 🥰 From the wordings provided you truly love your cats. I had a cat once (he died of old age; 15 years). I had him since a baby and mixed his food with tiny minced mixture of onions, garlic and green peppers to keep him from getting fleas, ticks, internal worms, etc. The Vets were wondering what I did and told me that those things were bad, but Louise lived for 15 years without any complications. His mom died younger at 10 years of age, she never ate the mixture I gave to her son. I did the same for Lobo and he died at the age of 18 years of age due to neighbors poisoning him (I know it was a jealous bitch in the hood who did it). Anyways thank you for sharing your tips on caring for older cats.
The birds that grow up in that nest, later in life are going to be like "oh I recognize that smell, that smells like the nest I grew up in. I guess I can trust this animal." (approaches cat...... and is never heard from again)
Sasha is beautiful! My long haired cat went over the rainbow bridge just 3 weeks ago😢. Towards the end I was giving him canned Friskies because his teeth were bad.. And he had to have it mounted up in the middle too. When cats get older they lose the barbs on their tongues so they can't get anything by licking with their tongues but if it is mounted up they can bite off pieces of it. As for the vomiting after eating dry food. I have researched that issue too and while I haven't found a good reason that matches the 3symptoms i suspect that cats can develop bezoars. They are balls of hair that are so large that they can't leave the stomach and therefore take up room so the food comes right back up. That is my guess anyway. I'm not a vet but I am an RN. It is the only thing that makes sense. Sasha is so beautiful. She is lucky she has a mom who loves her so much😎
I have a Maine coon, Her name is Em or Baby, or Queenie, depending on her mood. Last March 24th we were given a 2nd cat, a little boy, very frisky and wants to chase her older sister. Wow , the 2 of them are now friends and chase each other all morning and sometimes into the evening. She loves to be brushed, but Peanut Butter isn't fond of a good brushing. he is orange short hair, beautiful yellow, or light green eyes. We will enjoy your videos, thanks for sharing.
I love cats!... on UA-cam LOL I could never handle all that fur everywhere inside the house. So I just prefer to experience cats vicariously =) This one is absolutely lovely and I loved the purring, my heartbeat went down immediately.
Some birds do like to use the fur for nesting, but you can also just grab a small plastic container, and put all the hair in there, when you really have a lot, keep rolling it into a good sized ball, cats love to play with that, good chance this one will too !
Sasha is just beautiful! I had a Main Coon some years ago. She was very small for a Main Coon, but had all the characteristics and the "look"! She was the best hunter of all my cats! She would bring me mice, frogs, lizards, and unfortunately a baby bunny once in a while! I was thinking about all the fur you brush off of her every day... do you knit or crochet??? I know some people who make their own yarn from different really furry pets...like a Collie. Up in Alaska they make yarn from the very furry and soft Musk Ox. Maybe you could save her fur, comb it and make yarn of it, or donate it to someone who has a spinning wheel and makes yarn!! Just a thought.
I really had hoped to see more of how to groom the areas under the arms & at the back end of your beautiful cat. These are the areas that I find most difficult to keep free of tangles. My 7 month old kitten, Penny, is a very ‘squirmy’ Maine coon, & I need someone to hold her when she gets ‘stuff’ stuck on her behind. I often have to cut off pieces of fur in those areas. There must be a ‘best way to groom Maine coons in these areas’. Thanks for your video. It’s very peaceful, & & Sasha is very beautiful!
That is one spoiled cat. Beautiful. I have a orange MC. He loves the brushing but won’t let me do his stomach. Can’t touch it not allowed. I have to brush my MC twice a day. Theses cats have lots of fur.
What a beautiful cat! It is so relaxing watching you groom her and her enjoying it! I watched it to the end. Loved it! Hope some day I can own a Maine Coon!
I just know what you are talking about. My Maine Coon Cats, Gus is just big ball of soft fur who likes being brush. He is awake most of the time and follows me around the house and sleep on my bed at night. He friend , Mr. Rusty; a tiger cat, have a good time together. You are right about fur being everywhere, but the love of Gus is well worth it. I got this big guy from the Human Society along with Mr. Rusty. Nice video...
I loved watching this video just to relax! Just a quiet video of an absolutely beautiful cat enjoying herself :) In about 3 weeks, we will be adopting our very first Maine Coon, which will look quite similar to Sasha. I thought I was prepared for the amount of hair, having had a longhaired fluffy Holy Birman mix in the past but holy cow, look at the amount of hair that comes off of Sasha! I will need to review my vacuuming schedule for sure :D thanks for the video!
I'm excited for you! They are such a lovely breed. You might be lucky with the fur, Sasha is particularly furry, she has a very dense undercoat which not all MCs have.
I'm sure you will be getting likes on this one for quite some time, so relaxing. No stupid music in the background, no talking for nothing just brushing your cat. Perfect, just perfect. Thanks for sharing.
Great ASMR video indeed. I love it too.
Shelley Messier, yes, it was quite purrrrrrrrrrfect
WOW ... to say she's "striking" is simply an understatement. Her colouration is simply breathtaking and she's clearly an amazing companion.
The cat is pretty cool too.
The subtitles are perfect it's almost as if she's talking but on mute with this big cutie having the time of her life
Sleeping 20 hours a day...wow..what a life..and being spoiled:)
She’s precious; I love her huge paws😻
She’s beautiful and this is relaxing to watch with the little information about her at the top, and the purring. She’s an endless ball of fur haha
Sasha is a gorgeous little sweetheart & I love hearing her purr.
I'm reading some of the subtitles in this video about how fussy this cat is and it reminds me of a saying:
"Cats don't have owners. They have servants."
But I love them anyways. Also don't apologize for this video being long. It's very precious to watch.
It takes a SPECIAL person to be a Cat Mom
a person who loves her cat, it's that simple,
It does....I do a lot of rescue and it give me such a great satisfaction looking after these lovely creatures
So beautiful! And so happy! ☺️ What a good bonding session. I’ve never seen a cat so tolerant to such a long brushing session
You and your cat are so nice, friendly and beautiful!
Cats are almost magical animals. They're a constant source of positive energy for the homes where they have chosen to live.
a while ago i've red a quote : if you have a cat you don't need any artwork
They require human slaves but only exceptional ones !
She is gorgeous. You are such a good mom to take time for her. Thanks for sharing
This is certainly better for our mental health than watching the news or ranting on FB, Thoroughly soothing and relaxing thank you.

Thank you for sharing Sasha with us. I think she's the most beautiful cat I've ever seen.
I wish more kitties were as well loved and taken care of. GREAT video, so heartwarming and you commentary was almost as adorable as beautiful lady Sasha is.
No need to apologize. That is one absolutely beautiful Feline! Great to see a real caregiver. Now, that's LOVE. 😸😻💖
She is just absolutely GORGEOUS I can watch her get loved on for hours, I have a little prince half Maine Coon half American Short Hair.....he's a big lazy loveable cat also. I just felt like telling you how beautiful Sasha is.
You both have the patience of saints. You have a beautiful cat. Thanks for sharing.😊
What a gorgeous cat, she's so fluffy and is enjoying being brushed. Looks like she sheds quite alot
She is so beautiful and I love the color of her fur! She sure loves her Brush time. That's really wonderful! Since you brush her so frequently, it keeps her fur free from tangles! That's really great!
What a great bond you have. Sasha is magnificent.
"She doesn't have a cat bed...she is the cat bed."
Lovely video, no music or chatting, lovely to listen to the purring and watch such a beautiful cat being groomed, she has gorgeous fur.

This video is a sleeping pill, and I mean that in the best possible way. Perfect! Thank you
She is beautiful love her colour looks so relaxing for her and you. What a beautiful bond you both have.
She's gorgeous! So relaxing to watch how happy she is getting brushed.
she is a beautiful cat, and so clearly well-loved

What a regal kitty, I use to have a cat that wanted her brushing everyday after I got home from work. She wouldn't leave me alone until I did.
Omg she is just so gorgeous...bought a big smile to my face
Sasha is a gorgeous cat! Love her!
She is gorgeous and so sweet reminds me of my main coon sparkey I lost him a few years ago and I still miss him
I found that leaving my cats fur out resulted in just clumps blowing around the yard, too, UNLESS, I put them in a bird feeder. That worked wonders. Birds of all kinds made use of the fur. You could try that. (We used one of the more vertical, multi-holed types.)

omgosh. She is SUCH a precious beauty!! I can just feel how soft her fur is through the video camera!! Thank you for posting just a wonderful video.
Sasha is a gorgeous princess sweet puss puss!
Yes I'd like a fur snowball XD what a wonderful quiet video! Sasha is wonderful, and clearly enjoying social grooming time

shes a gorgeous queen, you're a lucky servant
Thank you so much for this. It’s just what I needed. Sasha is stunning.
Greetings from Ireland 🇮🇪
I love how there is no music or people talking, natural sounds like her purring is enough. thank you.
She is so beautiful. I had a big black and white Maine Coon. He was a stray I took in and nursed back to health. Maine Coon cats are so smart. I miss my big boy so much. She is so beautiful. Thanks for sharing your baby with us. 😍
Sooo fluffy and cuddly!!!!!
She's obviously well-loved! What a beauty!
She is so beautiful! Ahh, the life of a cat, so relaxing. Love it! 🙂
What a wonderful, beautiful cat. Loved this video just listening to the purring. How I envy you. Thanks for sharing x x x
What a gorgeous cat!
I sure wish that Gus, my 1 year old Maine Coon, enjoyed grooming like she does. He hates it, which is sad because it is so relaxing. Thank you for the video. I'll show Gus what he is missing 😉
She's very pretty. Thank you for sharing.
This is my kind of ASMR. 🥰 Such a gorgeous kitty!~ 💕
... What a nice cute Maine Coon..!! Our Maine Coon tomcat Louis is so nice too...!!!
Thank you for sharing this calm,, meditative video. Both you and Sasha are beautiful!
Sasha is magnificent! Her purr is soothing. Loved your video.
Just watch the whole video over again. I loved it just as much as the first time.
Same here ❤️
Need more videos like this definitely I'd watch them all
Exactly like my boy. Looks like him too. They are such a pleasure to live with
she's a little slice of heaven
She is Beautiful !!! I Love Cats..
Beautiful cat. And please don't apologise for posting such a calming video
Awwwwwww, Sasha, soooo beautiful!!
I love cats!... on UA-cam LOL I could never handle all that fur everywhere inside the house. So I just prefer to experience cats vicariously =) This one is absolutely lovely and I loved the purring, my heartbeat went down immediately.
No need to apologize. Your cat's beautiful.
Some birds do like to use the fur for nesting, but you can also just grab a small plastic container, and put all the hair in there, when you really have a lot, keep rolling it into a good sized ball, cats love to play with that, good chance this one will too !
Beautiful cat - beautiful name/nickname.
Sasha is so gorgeous!💖
I ABSOLUTELY AGREE !!
LOVE THESE BABIES!
That is one spoiled cat. Beautiful. I have a orange MC. He loves the brushing but won’t let me do his stomach. Can’t touch it not allowed. I have to brush my MC twice a day. Theses cats have lots of fur.
Such a beautiful cat and so happy! And that’s a LOT of fur!!
She's gorgeous.
Sasha shows her love as you brush her, many years ago we had a long haired cat, called Nina, who knew she was regal and made sure we knew our place!
What a beautiful cat! It is so relaxing watching you groom her and her enjoying it! I watched it to the end. Loved it! Hope some day I can own a Maine Coon!
What a beautiful cat
It's been so long since the original combing video! Glad to see Sasha doing well.
Beautiful cat !
You guys are lucky....She's absolutely beautiful, love her 💜
I keep coming back to your video, I feel so relaxed and your Maine Coon is gorgeous!
I never had pets and not really into animals much but I enjoy watching this a lot.
My favorite part is when her neck is being brushed.
I once opened a new jacket that arrived from Amazon. I put it on my bed for 1 second and there was cat fur all over it!
She's SUCH a LUVBUG!!
I just know what you are talking about. My Maine Coon Cats, Gus is just big ball of soft fur who likes being brush. What a magnificent girl!! Romulus loves this video, he came to the computer and is searching for the cat
