For those who don't believe in the videos or ads for the service, I followed the tips and climbed from gold to plat in less than a week. I genuinely believe if the simple UA-cam videos can do that then the service is the real deal.

And also I have high mechanical skill with a decent game sense, only think I am seriously lacking is positioning and decision making. Thats perfect because these guys tell you what your role is and how to position the best way to fulfill that role. In contrast to others guides Ive seen where they say land more shots and learn every hero in quickplay so you know all the kits.
Yeah but what pisses me off is that your teammates tell you to swap and wont help you shutting down your counter. And tell you and its your fault. Even though none of my counters killed me once that game, they tell me its my fault.
it's always dps fault, don't worry. In a game i literally had 25 kills in one round of cp map, and what happens? Widow switch, you are camping. even with the potg on showing I was headshotting people in a row, i was camping and throwing for them, they managed to lose because nobody ever touched the point
Have you ever thought of the fact that they may be dying to your counter and want you to switch off to a better hero to take take your counter down and peel for your team? That would be your fault, yes.
As a dps player, switching to Zen with the fresh mindset of healing is deadly because your instant reflex to kill kicks in against those diving you :^)

If you want to counter ball as Widow, just have a Mercy that can peel for you. Ball doesn't have many rounds and his reload takes a while, so if he uses abilities trying to reach your back line, it's very difficult to do the burst DPS needed to kill a Widow being pocketed and he may not have the resources required to switch targets and kill the Mercy. Often or not it will result in an unsuccessful dive where the Hammond got very little value for his time. Edit: If you're a ball and the Widow drops down, don't go off and chase her. You know she's just going to grapple back up up. Use your machine gun and finish her off with a slam from high ground. While she's on the floor she's not doing her job which means you're doing yours.
This is good but in comparison if the mercy is pocketing you all game to stop him diving you the fight turns into a 4v5 and your team is down a dps and a healer
In this example, Hammond gets decent value. You have used 2 of your team members just to deal with him by himself. Also if I'm Hammond and this is happening then I'm gna try kill the mercy for mad value. Most annoying widow I've come up against was being pocketed by a Zarya. Just saved her bubble for every-time I dove the widow and always bubbled my slam. Made it impossible to deal the burst required to take down widow at very little resource cost to their team.
The thing about Zen is that if he wins by skill and positioning... if You win against counters, You're not in their rank, You get stuck exactly at the point, where You can't outskill those counters. Also, it's not Jay Jonak, but Jonak, with a strong, hard J. It's a Korean sound, that's represented by the double letter, that's all.

One thing to mention is if you're playing Hog and the enemy team goes Reaper. Don't swap because he's the best tank to kill reaper but people think Reaper counters him. Literally just shoot, hook, aim for the neck and shoot again.
Yeah but he easily feeds to reaper and reaper can just get his ult first fight if theres a hog. And hog can do that to and 250 hp or less hero in the game

Another good one is Winston/Reaper+Hog Reaper and Hog= not a big issue if I'm shield dancing Reaper/Hog/Zen= that discord is a big issue where they can get me from even ranged distance and it SUCKS. At that point, I might as well switch
the thing is, monkey doesnt have to directly kill genji, focusing down the supports prevents him from getting healing and thus, when someone looks at him wrong he will HAVE to retreat to a health pack

wait for your team to kill her then dive their team. Getting Better mechanics and reflexes Will also help i Will recomend ffa for that because many sombras Play that.
Want a positioning guide? Just stay on high ground before match starts (defense) but still somewhere you can drop down to ur team for backup. Or an odd angle that lets u heal ur team w/out the enemy team knowing where you are. (For ana) and for zen, you need to be with your team more but a little behind so you can still heal. Mostly u should be doing some dps to get ur ult charged, but keep in mind zen doesnt mean go take the dps's job.

If u wsnt complicated stuff go watch a 50 minute youtube video on it... and trust me it isnt rlly worth it even if there is one out there. You gotta just find spots in maps that makes it hard on the enemy dps to get to you, but easy to heal your team. And also make it not so hard to get help from your team incase you get dived.

I just wish everyone had to watch this that plays OW so they can stop telling me I cant play Hammond against Mei .. Like Mei is played evvvvveeeryy game and I have a positive winrate, give me a chance. A lot of times they mentally throw at least until they see I'm proficient (especially for my ELO). I watch Yeatle (a ton) Harbleu, Super, Ball_OW, watch Five's vids and I feel like I have a lot of knowledge about Hammond but I haven't really climbed as high as I would like-- The recent nerf isn't as bad as I thought it would be for someone who probably isn't the most mechanically skilled - I just started playing OW last year and I only really played FPS on consoles prior, years ago. I feel like some of the problem though is my team mentally throws by assuming (because there are a lot of bad ball players out there) that I'm just going to feed, or if I did end up feeding once that I am terrible, and they just don't understand the value of Hammond-- I just got to platinum yesterday, that being said though, when I started I placed gold and fell to Bronze quickly so I am seeing improvement but not the level I'd hope for... I wanna say hey Im 36 maybe FPS games are just a young man's game, but I truly believe if I can develop solid game sense I should be able to climb to at least mid Diamond and your videos paired with watching top 500 streamers have really helped. sombra doom is actually a matchup that you as doom cant outplay alone imo. if the sombra is comitted to peel or to seek you out and hack you before or as you try to engage, you cant do shit.
Doom players have become so good now with some ridiculous rollouts that Sombra can't even predict, it's really a team effort countering Doom at this point.
Nice video my friend. But honestly the only "hardcounter" for widowmaker is another widowmaker. A good widow kills half of your team until the counters are even near her.
U gotta make sure ur actually good with widow though, so u can also help ur team while countering at the same time. Ive experienced a lot of times in comp where someone switches to widow to counter the enemy widow but they arent at the same skill level, and our team ends up worse than they were without a counter
So the definition of a hard counter is a hero who removes someone else’s ability to contribute to their team in any way, simply by playing normally? If that’s the case, no hero should be able to stand up to their hard counter, and if they can then they are not hard countered, they just have to play differently, instead of not at all. A better title/theme would be “counters commonly thought of as hard counters, but can be solved with certain play styles”
Depends on ur elo, gold or lower usually won't engage when you hackt their rein or even EMP, and a Sombra really needs her team to follow up to do anything
Lets say this. I mostly play with team. 4+ players. I see that cc shitstain way too much and is instant " fck you rein/ball. That idostism of character design counter both soi much i can just swap top orisa and constantly hug the corners since i will be hacked for most of the match

Wesley Plays Genji can’t deflect everything. Coordinate with your team when he’s low health and use stuff he can’t deflect. Some hero’s that hard counter (in my mind as a Genji main). Zarya, Moria, Doomfist, even Sombra if she lands her back at the right time. Think of ways around deflect. 1v2 him and one gets behind while the other hits the front. Anyway gl

Yeah most counters in OW are soft and based on skill and playstyle. As a tank I get asked to switch from certain soft counters, and get berated when I switch for more difficult non-counters that just ruin my value. Best two examples, when I'm wrecking as Winston, they get a reaper, who doesnt kill anything, but I am asked to switch because reaper exists. Other example, I am playing rein and getting oppressed by am aggressive mei, no one helps me when I call it out or ask for help, so i switch to Orisa for that fortify, shield dance and range, to get bitched at for swapping off rein.

@@benceorosz9207 idk if u know this but df punch cant charge up in time unless he has it pre charged waiting for her. Even then i think her hack might be fast enough to cancel punch. Only way is to uppercut (if she is close) punch away, or shoot her.
Moon Blaze I feel like I have a bit easier time downing Ball, but I’m an average Sombra player so maybe Doom is easier for better players. Ball is so large I feel like I hardly have to try to aim to land my full clip on him.

many things are hardcounters to zen i would argue. i think a sombra isnt even that effective to take zen down. many heroes are even better at jumping and bursting him. and he also isnt hit that hard by hacks since only his dmg output suffers from it but not his actual survivability. sure if you emp him he is almost dead, but the same way, he can hide from you and if you want to emp team, he can even counter your emp.

When I play sombra I just wait till Zen is reloading then he is a free pick and as you said EMP is almost a death sentence for Zen for me I would say and I’m sure a lot of people agree with me as Sombra Zen is the easiest target to kill. Yes you could still play Zen if there’s a Sombra in the enemy team but you wouldn’t be as effective if Sombra is chasing you all over the maps and you would be needing a lot of caring of your team to stay alive
Now if you’re a God Zen like Jonakk I would agree with you but even then I have seen Jonnakk switched of heroe cuz an annoying Sombra. I think that depends on how smart is the enemy Sombra too , your skills and if your teammates react fast enough to help you when you need it
More then half the cast hard or soft counters genji which is bullshit imo no character should have this many counters in game along with this no character should hard counter any character with no hard counter themselves ball and mei, ball is full on hard countered by mei and has no actual hard counter herself.

There are soft and hard counters, then there is the case of Winston vs Bastion.

Moira is an effective counter to Tracer. Absorbs all her HP in 3 seconds, has incredibble regeneration and dosen't really have to aim.
Moira counters almost every dps/support though. Her abilities are just so strong against so many heroes.
To make this a quick video you could had just shown that stupid shouldn't allowed in the game that can counter anyone sombra

As a tracer how do I kill a genji in a 1v1
Shoot a couple of shot, bait deflect, reload while he's deflecting, and then just track and shoot him until he dies

Wesley Plays Genji can’t deflect everything. Coordinate with your team when he’s low health and use stuff he can’t deflect. Some hero’s that hard counter (in my mind as a Genji main). Zarya, Moria, Doomfist, even Sombra if she lands her back at the right time. Think of ways around deflect. 1v2 him and one gets behind while the other hits the front. Anyway gl

Yeah most counters in OW are soft and based on skill and playstyle. As a tank I get asked to switch from certain soft counters, and get berated when I switch for more difficult non-counters that just ruin my value. Best two examples, when I'm wrecking as Winston, they get a reaper, who doesnt kill anything, but I am asked to switch because reaper exists. Other example, I am playing rein and getting oppressed by am aggressive mei, no one helps me when I call it out or ask for help, so i switch to Orisa for that fortify, shield dance and range, to get bitched at for swapping off rein.
if your in bronze and there is an enemy genji just switch to sym
But actually it's physically impossible for a moira to 1v1 a reaper if they are equal skill levels

@@benceorosz9207 idk if u know this but df punch cant charge up in time unless he has it pre charged waiting for her. Even then i think her hack might be fast enough to cancel punch. Only way is to uppercut (if she is close) punch away, or shoot her.
Moon Blaze I feel like I have a bit easier time downing Ball, but I’m an average Sombra player so maybe Doom is easier for better players. Ball is so large I feel like I hardly have to try to aim to land my full clip on him.

It's all about the hook. So ur hook acc on reaper is 80%

I don’t know dude for me Sombra is a hard counter of Zen 🤔
many things are hardcounters to zen i would argue. i think a sombra isnt even that effective to take zen down. many heroes are even better at jumping and bursting him. and he also isnt hit that hard by hacks since only his dmg output suffers from it but not his actual survivability. sure if you emp him he is almost dead, but the same way, he can hide from you and if you want to emp team, he can even counter your emp.

When I play sombra I just wait till Zen is reloading then he is a free pick and as you said EMP is almost a death sentence for Zen for me I would say and I’m sure a lot of people agree with me as Sombra Zen is the easiest target to kill. Yes you could still play Zen if there’s a Sombra in the enemy team but you wouldn’t be as effective if Sombra is chasing you all over the maps and you would be needing a lot of caring of your team to stay alive
Now if you’re a God Zen like Jonakk I would agree with you but even then I have seen Jonnakk switched of heroe cuz an annoying Sombra. I think that depends on how smart is the enemy Sombra too , your skills and if your teammates react fast enough to help you when you need it

More then half the cast hard or soft counters genji which is bullshit imo no character should have this many counters in game along with this no character should hard counter any character with no hard counter themselves ball and mei, ball is full on hard countered by mei and has no actual hard counter herself.
