Their guitarist Daron also does amazing harmonies and also lead vocals on many of their songs too and has a very distinct voice that perfectly complements Serj’s voice. Check out their songs “vicinity of obscenity” and “IEAIAIO” for some really funny vocal deliveries that are fun tongue twisters!

Quickest summary of meaning that I can come up with because they are complex and deep thoughts and I don’t want to write a book on this for 10 people to read. Basically we’re all looking up at these rich people with the big house, cars, possibly fame, etc. and we strive for these things thinking they’ll make us happy. But then when people get there they realize they haven’t found any happiness. That in our efforts to be individualistic we often lose sight that we are all part of something bigger.
