    I am 72. So good! Moves not so hard, but you feel them as the week goes on. Great addition to dance workouts, pilates, yoga, treadmill, glider. Continuing the workout each day. Motion equals emotion. I have signed up for other Svelte Media workouts and have paid for the programs. They are short 7 minute workouts. They do great stuff!

    Great incorporation to my regular workouts and new meal plan. These are quick enough that I can do them after my morning prayer, then get ready for work and start my day. Thank you and keep the challenges coming!

    I knew this was going to be a great workout when I saw the yoga mat. The floor workouts are my favorite because I can really feel my core! Thank you for another great challenge, Coaches Gaby and Greg!

    My fave move from today's workout was the oblique twists. I added on a 5lb dumbell to give me a bit more resistance.
    I thoroughly enjoyed this 10 day challenge with you and Coach Gaby!
    Can't wait for the next one you come out with. Thank you sooo much!

    Thanks, Coach Greg! I can’t get on my knees anymore (both are replacements) so I modified this to work for me. Yahoo to me for finishing this challenge. Hope the smoothie detox 10 days go as fast as this did. Starting that on Sunday! 🎉

    Well, floor workouts are not one of my favorites, but this one turned out to be one of the better ones I've done. Thank you for the different options. I was able to do them all! Great way to end the challenge! Thank you Coach Greg!

    Love the challenge workouts. It would be great if you could do the 3-2-1 countdown at the end of the exercise as well. I'm not always facing the video - depending on the exercise - so sometimes you start the next one and I'm still in position for the last one.

    Thanks for the 10 days. I workout M-F so yesterday I did days 7 and 8. Today was 9 and 10. The workouts are not available when I workout early so I am usually a day behind and then double up at the end. Today, my thighs felt all of days 7 and 8. Good times.

    Am I the only one who found that the switching from one to the other positions take a bit for older bodies. Can you give us a count down for the last 3 seconds from one exercise to another. Also a couple of seconds in-between the front position to the on your back. Thanks. I would love to continue doing works with you but get very frustrated.

    Great end to a great challenge! Saving these ones to revisit.As others have mentioned,I've been doing two days of the challenge together. Are there any two days that you recommend doing together? I've enjoyed day 3 and day 10 pairing. Keep these great ones coming. Looking forward to a challenge that has modifications to include light weights for those of us looking to maintain our strength as we grow older. Love this team, G and G!

    Yaaaay...DONE!! Enjoyed this. By the 3rd set I had to go half shoulder tap plank and last 15secs on knees. I'm getting there. Thanks Svelte for another great challenge.👙💖👙

    Coach Gaby will count down to the last 3 seconds before switching, where sometimes Coach Greg does not. I find myself still doing the previous exercise and we are on the next one. Otherwise love the sets, Coach Greg does a good job

    Another great workout but can you please count down at the end of each exercise so I don’t keep going because I’m not always looking at the screen .

    I DID IT!!! 💪💪💪For the first time in my adult life, I did plank taps, from my feet! When I started working out at the end of May 2024 planks were done on my knees cuz i couldn't take the strain on my arms. I was just going to do the taps from my knees but decided to actually see if I could do it and I did it again and again, I made it half way through the first set and then all the way for the second and third sets 🙌 🥲
