I am 72. So good! Moves not so hard, but you feel them as the week goes on. Great addition to dance workouts, pilates, yoga, treadmill, glider. Continuing the workout each day. Motion equals emotion. I have signed up for other Svelte Media workouts and have paid for the programs. They are short 7 minute workouts. They do great stuff!
Great incorporation to my regular workouts and new meal plan. These are quick enough that I can do them after my morning prayer, then get ready for work and start my day. Thank you and keep the challenges coming!

My fave move from today's workout was the oblique twists. I added on a 5lb dumbell to give me a bit more resistance. I thoroughly enjoyed this 10 day challenge with you and Coach Gaby! Can't wait for the next one you come out with. Thank you sooo much!

Love the challenge workouts. It would be great if you could do the 3-2-1 countdown at the end of the exercise as well. I'm not always facing the video - depending on the exercise - so sometimes you start the next one and I'm still in position for the last one.
Thanks for the 10 days. I workout M-F so yesterday I did days 7 and 8. Today was 9 and 10. The workouts are not available when I workout early so I am usually a day behind and then double up at the end. Today, my thighs felt all of days 7 and 8. Good times.
Am I the only one who found that the switching from one to the other positions take a bit for older bodies. Can you give us a count down for the last 3 seconds from one exercise to another. Also a couple of seconds in-between the front position to the on your back. Thanks. I would love to continue doing works with you but get very frustrated.

Coach Gaby will count down to the last 3 seconds before switching, where sometimes Coach Greg does not. I find myself still doing the previous exercise and we are on the next one. Otherwise love the sets, Coach Greg does a good job

I DID IT!!! 💪💪💪For the first time in my adult life, I did plank taps, from my feet! When I started working out at the end of May 2024 planks were done on my knees cuz i couldn't take the strain on my arms. I was just going to do the taps from my knees but decided to actually see if I could do it and I did it again and again, I made it half way through the first set and then all the way for the second and third sets 🙌 🥲 HalleluYah! 😃
