YAY! Another Challenge! Super excited!!! 😁 As always, a fantastic workout Coach Gaby. On a side note, I just had to share this. Today, I wore a pair of slacks I haven't worn in a bit, and they fit looser. I just stood there for a moment looking in the mirror and was like, wow, I guess I have gotten smaller. Sometimes it's hard to see the physical changes, especially when there isn't much change happening on the scale, but I felt as of late that I looked a bit smaller in areas, but this confirmed it. Staying consistent with your workouts, being balanced with your diet, it truly pays off. And thanks to amazing Coaches and workouts such as these, it truly helps myself and others to stay on top of our health and reach fitness goals. So, thank you again. ❤
