I definitely need this one too! Great workout. I used 5lb dumbells throughout the entire workout to add more weight/resistance and challenge myself even more. Look forward to the next workout!

The problem with lunges is that I can't get my knees that close to the ground anymore. All I can do is just step back and bend a little. But if I hold on to something I can almost do it.
That’s fantastic progress, @luciareisner361! 👏 Even just stepping back and bending a bit still activates those muscles and builds strength. Holding onto something for support is a smart way to keep working toward your goal. Keep going, every little bit counts! 😊
