Guys, SinB had been able to pop her shoulders since she was a kid. She used to pop them all the time until she heard it could damage her body. She stopped but started again for Navillera. I'm guessing her shoulder gave out some way though. Even when they were doing the windmill arm thing in the beginning, you could see her pause for a second
She injured her shoulder when she was a kid that's why she can pop her shoulder, same thing happen to me and it's really funny to pop it and show everyone else but eventually it makes the pain worse :( and with all those hard arm movements no wonder why she got hurt again (T ^ T)
