I think the pan/pot which looks like a golden mean between a concave Indian griddle(Tava) and Kadhai(Deep fry pan) that she had used to make the recipe in this video is what is called as Appachetty in Tamil which is used to make a dish called Appalam, not to be confused with Appe Patra, a word in Kannada which is called as Paniyaram in Tamil.
Please add two teaspoons black til seed's powder and two teaspoons moringa powder in this recipe then it gives high energy to our Indian vegetarians.jai Shree ram.

I tried making this today but it became very soggy though the taste was good but all poha were crushed and soft. Please guide as i followed exactly the same process as suggested

wash it once if u use small size poha and twice if u use medium ....and when dry add little oil to dried poha ,haldi and salt and mix it..then fry with the other ingredients ..hope it help u out
