I have a lot of these same cards in my collection, all ungraded though. Thanks for showing.
Nice! Thanks for watching
Hey fella nice v.I am a grader for SGC and I graded 19,750 I receive 250 cards twice a month! I have a few Tony Gwynn
That’s a lot of graded cards…I can barely find time to submit 100. Thanks for watching!
Nice Cal rc, hope u find a psa 10
Thanks!
I just got my 1968 Topps Bob Gibson back and it graded PSA 8 my yaz got a 7 🎯
Congrats on those and thanks for watching!
The Gibson should get you $300
I might have to start buying csg vintage in there old green labels.
Certainly not a bad strategy if you can get them at the right price. Thanks for watching!
Great video. Thanks
Thanks Randy!
when did Rafael palmeiro get into the hall of fame? I was un-aware that he ever got in to the hall of fame? I couldn't help hearing you mention hes in the Hall of fame when you got to his donruss rated rookie.
That was a mistake. I sincerely apologize
I know PSA doesn't take notes but a simple marker and a circle over a card saver to show what was colored.
It would certainly help me on that Gibson…I still can’t see it. Thanks for watching!
I have a question for you on sending cards in. I have a bunch of Gwynn/Boggs/Sandberg rookies and they're all pristine as far as condition. Sharp corners, no problems with edges. But they're all very noticeably off center. I'm talking like 70-30 on most. Do you still send stuff like that in or is it better to just sell raw?
Probably better off just selling raw if they are noticeably off center. The 80s stuff is tough enough to get good grades even when they are centered from my experience on them. Good luck on them either way and thanks for watching!
Probably wouldn't be 10s, but could still be worth grading. Take a guess and check Ebay prices for that grade. If you can double your money I say do it.
@ScottEOsSportsballCards agreed
Hello the quality of the 360 needs to be redone because it buffering and can't watch the video on psa card submissions returned.
Thanks
Sorry Dean...Try again in about 30 minutes. The video is still processing up to 4K. Sorry for the issue and thanks for watching!
I like how the Molitor RC wasn't the Trammell/ Molitor RC as it's called in Michigan lol, Trammell is in the HOF, and getting no love here JK, I loved the video and cost/ value numbers you shared
Thanks for watching and Trammell is definitely one of the more forgotten HOFers for some reason. I’ll make sure it doesn’t happen again. Haha
It’s unfortunate the monitor/tram rookie had so many printing issues. In my opinion that card is one of the most undervalued cards around. Amazing to have to great HoF’ers in the same rookie card.
@ryanmoe5302 agreed and very difficult to find in good condition.
@@medfordcollectiblesbefore tram got written in I stacked a dozen psa 8’s thinking someday the card world would wake up to Molly being 10th in the all time hit list with tram as a bonus. Have got a triple on that stack but it’s still worth double. The card world moves on trends I guess. Look how long it took everyone to catch on to Rickey Henderson’s rookie. I’m holding out till I’m right. Which might not ever happen…lol
@ryanmoe5302 Haha stay strong.
I collect only high quality vintage and I only grade vintage which will land me 5s or better. And I really concentrate on submitting centered cards.
Same for the most part but I do make plenty of exceptions for pre-war or popular hall of famers.
nice reveal. Are you gonna sell the 68 Carew?
Thanks and I already sold the Carew unfortunately. I figured it wouldn’t last long. Thanks for watching!
CSG is tough.
Certainly seems that way after some of the crossovers in this video. Thanks for watching!
Only in America do they actually have Judge trading cards! Can you imagine kids running around trading Judge cards with each other? That just seems strange to me
They have cards of pretty much anything you can think of nowadays. Thanks for watching!
If you have a George McGinnis basketball card,it may appreciate in value since he has passed
Thanks for the info
🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thanks for watching!
Medford Mass? I'm in sutton lol
No it was Medford, NJ but I’ve since moved to Charlotte, NC. Thanks for watching!
Palmeiro isn’t a HOFer
That’s correct. Would be if it weren’t for the roids. Thanks for watching!
If you collect vintage, make sure you don't send cards with obvious flaws unless the cards price between $500 or more. Sending $100-300 cards that have writing, rips, defined creases, tears or pinholes will literally lose you money on resell.
Thanks for the advice Marcus...I've had a different experience than you on this one. I find it way easier to move vintage graded cards on eBay than raw ones, even when the value is under $500. It may be different if I were selling in person or through other channels but eBay is my main focus. Thanks for watching!
@@medfordcollectibles Every experience is different. You can make great profits on high numbers and tough commons in nice shape. Lower grade vintage sells but they sell for lower prices.
After lying to congress about juicing Palmero will never get into the hall. Love the video tho
Yeah pretty dumb mistake on his part…could still be a chance for Palmeiro, Bonds, Clemens, ARod, etc down the road but it’s a long shot. Thanks for watching!
Medford Oregon?
No, used to be Medford, NJ but have since relocated to the Charlotte, NC area. Just decided to keep the name. Thanks for watching!
Once again, the real winner looks to be PSA.
I guess they always win as long as people send cards in and pay the bill. Thanks for watching!
You THINK 6K "in value".....wait until you try to sell, will be more like $1,800
Already surpassed $1800 after fees with 35 of the cards…would agree if I were trying to sell in bulk but I list and sell individually. Thanks for watching!
So your expert assessment is that these cards are worth less than $16 a piece on average? Sounds like you need to check your math and your ego. If you have nothing smart to say, maybe just don't say it.
@ScottEOsSportsballCards 🤷🏻♂️
Sad that it’s all about the money! Personally I do this for my kids !
It’s certainly not all about the money but I do like to fund my hall of fame collection and all the cards I buy for the kids by selling things when I can. Thanks for watching!
Why is a PSA reveal that discusses cost and value sad? Congrats to the father of the year, but grading has a cost, cards have a value. Sounds like your horse is high sir.
@@TranscendentalThoughts I've learned that it's impossible to please everyone...
Damn judging by the comments sounds like a lot of guys are jealous of your collection…😂
I learned a long time ago that you can’t please everybody. 🤷🏻♂️
You need better light. Hard to see cards.
Got it…I’ll try to make it better for the next one. Thanks for watching!
Psa has a habit of damaging cards.
When you grade Millions of cards per year, it’s bound to happen. The more important thing is how it’s handled when the inevitable mistake is made. Thanks for watching!
Stop using PSA…… I literally opened a brand new pack of 1990 upper deck and sent in a BRAND NEW card… got a 7…… sent in an original I bought in 90… got a 9🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ stop wasting time with PSA …
I’ve had good and bad luck as well. I’m not going to stop using them because they bring the best value for cards I want to sell, like them or not. I agree you should do whatever you feel is best for your cards though. Thanks for watching!
