So much is wrong with Kurosanji. - There offcourse is the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that got right out dismissed by management/CEO, without even talking to Pomu first. * I personally don't mind that the opportunity went to Call instead, she did an amazing job and I do love Calli. However this was such a dagger to Pomu, as she absolutely loves the metal gear series. I also understand why Konami went to Pomu first, so I don't understand why Kurosanji just denied her this. I also think that this was the nail on the coffin that made her leave. - There were times where Pomu wanted to record more 3D, yet those sessions got denied as well, leaving Pomu with Karaokes that she wanted to do in 2D. - Also we now know that the kurasanji contracts can force the talents to travel, so Pomu was in Japan for recordings and those got cut short on her, so there were a lot of stuff she never got the chance to record. - Also on the podcast she said "They let anyone in these days", she's obviously ashamed of what has become of her hard work at Kurosanji. - Then offcourse there is Kurosanji being to stingy to buy their talents a second playbutton, so that's withheld from their NijiEN founding members. Allthough it's more of a power complex within Kurosanji tbh. - Also thanks to the same contract we know that there are times that Kurosanji would hold their earnings if Kurosanji deemed the talents stepping out of line, so who knows really how many times Pomu didn't get paid. + the unfair cuts of 2% merch sales (if Kurosanji felt generous enough) where it honesly didn't matter what Pomu brought out for birthday merch, she wasn't earning anything on them really. And this is only with Pomu, I'm not even talking about the stuff they pulled with Zaion, Selen, Khyo, Mysta, Nina and all the other 180+ talents (past like Moruru and present) they have.

But it really sounds like that it's only a really small part of all the talents, not enough for her to endure more abuse within the company. Also everything she has seen happening to the people arround her that she did love (like Mysta, the ID girls, Nina and who knows how much she experienced herself about Selen (as everything with Selen started in december and Pomu graduated January)). I can fully understand that everything that was going on did hurt her deeply.

I really do think that people are missing the bigger picture when it comes to Mint and i really hope that im not the only one that sees it, maybe im just the only one who will acknowledge it. It is extremely sad seeing mint in the state that she is in, I am happy that she is back but she came back and she has such a damaged sense of self worth and confidence. I'm glad she's back and I understand if the wounds are to deep, allthough I know that Matara is doing everything to rekindle her passion for streaming.
So much is wrong with Kurosanji.
- There offcourse is the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that got right out dismissed by management/CEO, without even talking to Pomu first.
* I personally don't mind that the opportunity went to Call instead, she did an amazing job and I do love Calli. However this was such a dagger to Pomu, as she absolutely loves the metal gear series. I also understand why Konami went to Pomu first, so I don't understand why Kurosanji just denied her this. I also think that this was the nail on the coffin that made her leave.
- There were times where Pomu wanted to record more 3D, yet those sessions got denied as well, leaving Pomu with Karaokes that she wanted to do in 2D.
- Also we now know that the kurasanji contracts can force the talents to travel, so Pomu was in Japan for recordings and those got cut short on her, so there were a lot of stuff she never got the chance to record.
- Also on the podcast she said "They let anyone in these days", she's obviously ashamed of what has become of her hard work at Kurosanji.
- Then offcourse there is Kurosanji being to stingy to buy their talents a second playbutton, so that's withheld from their NijiEN founding members. Allthough it's more of a power complex within Kurosanji tbh.
- Also thanks to the same contract we know that there are times that Kurosanji would hold their earnings if Kurosanji deemed the talents stepping out of line, so who knows really how many times Pomu didn't get paid. + the unfair cuts of 2% merch sales (if Kurosanji felt generous enough) where it honesly didn't matter what Pomu brought out for birthday merch, she wasn't earning anything on them really.
And this is only with Pomu, I'm not even talking about the stuff they pulled with Zaion, Selen, Khyo, Mysta, Nina and all the other 180+ talents (past like Moruru and present) they have.
I mean, that felt like THE opportunity for Pomu, no shit on Calli, I love her, but Pomu is THE MGS fangirl in the vtubing world. It's like if Holo denied Kiara for a Tales of collab, or if Calli was denied a collab with P3, it's just wrong

But I fully agree that Pomu would had been THE go-to girls for anything MGS related.
And if I am correct, Pomu was also Konami's first choice, but because Kurosanji management declined they had to search for someone else for this MGS collab and their second choice was Calli.
EDIT: The only ones I blame for this is the Niji management/CEO.
There is one of those points that i admit has me a bit intrigued and is the whole deal of "They let anyone in these days", hmm i wonder really if there was bad blood or something
@@lsebastian9086 It's indeed how I take it. I bet there are people that Pomu still loves even now within Niji. But it really sounds like that it's only a really small part of all the talents, not enough for her to endure more abuse within the company.
Also everything she has seen happening to the people arround her that she did love (like Mysta, the ID girls, Nina and who knows how much she experienced herself about Selen (as everything with Selen started in december and Pomu graduated January)). I can fully understand that everything that was going on did hurt her deeply.
Hopefully until after the podcast is done. That should give Mint enough time to think on what she really want to do

I really do think that people are missing the bigger picture when it comes to Mint and i really hope that im not the only one that sees it, maybe im just the only one who will acknowledge it.
It is extremely sad seeing mint in the state that she is in, I am happy that she is back but she came back and she has such a damaged sense of self worth and confidence. Its almost like she is questioning everything while being confused at the same time attempting to make heads or tails of what is going on knowing what she wants to do but not knowing if she should do it and i think that she is almost in a state of heightened self preservation right now.
I really hope that Matara instills that sense of self worth back into her so that she gets her power back. Pomu was easily one of my favorite Niji-EN streamers along side Nina so i really hope that she stays.
I think she for certain wants into Hololive so that she can finally check off her idol bucket list. Vshoujou would be fine support for streaming, but she is an idol fan first and foremost.
And she's apparently got 3 friends already in Hololive: Kiara, Fuwawa, and Mococo.
I kinda feel like applying for Holo (with possible recommendations from current holomems) makes sense as to why she seems to be unable to give a concrete answer about being back as Mint for the long run.

I just love that everone that leaves Niji becomes more successful. It's almost like the company is negligible to them.
With that being said, Maid Mint will probably join the next HoloEN wave, but that might take another year or two.

Imagine leaving the company and identity that you put so much effort in? she literally did so many amazing projects that brought so many people together like the cover song with other en livers that btw has millions of views. Due to a filing error Mint wasn't sent to heaven as she was suppose to. Instead she was so pon she didn't realize she was in the "other place". She still eventually found her way out.
