Gardens in a large space are so different than in small space in some ways - making sections or " little rooms ' make it more manageable and cozy! I like what you have created👍👏😊

I live in zone 10a in southern Florida so much of what you have just won't survive here. BUT...your enthusiasm has me scouring the internet to find similar plants for my zone. I think the amsonia may be called Blue Ice, I tried finding artic blue as you mentioned but was not able to. The Blue Ice looks very close to what you have growing in your garden.

I just put in a Cat’s Pajamas Catmint and it is flopping from the center. Should I cut it back and fertilize or leave it and see if it picks itself up? Any suggestions are appreciated.

My mom's yard(in town now)is very small compared to on the farm like yours, she has run out of room🤷♀️so anytime she sees something new she likes she buys it for my acreage 🙃👍Love that I can grow most of the things you have, although we live up on hill above Redrock so perpetually windy & very cold especially for some fruit trees☹️
I love your garden tours! I grew up in Iowa but haven’t lived there in over 35 years. I so miss the soft, lush grass under your feet and the richest black soil on God’s green earth! I now live in northwest Arkansas where I love my own little piece of heaven in my yard. Thanks again for sharing, even if it does make me a little homesick. 😊

So jealous of your alliums. I planted them in Fall here in SoCal 9b and they came up about 4 inches and that was it. No blooms. Boo. Hoo.
