Hi Grant, I have just done this work out for the first time with a 9KG and the sweat is dripping! it is harder than it looks, but feel great after it. Looking forward to mixing your workouts with weight training. Mega stuff mate :-)
I do it with two 5lb dumbbells (I don't currently have a cattle bell) and it works great. Thanks for these videos! I've been using them for over a year and I love it
ah great stuff. Nothing to worry about at all. Remember there will be plenty of others in the same position as you. Don't be intimated , even by guys in great shape, remember we all had to start somewhere and in 99% of cases guys in shape are actually very passionate about their training and often are very helpful and encouraging to others. It is a great exclusive guide for learning some amazing kettlebell challenge workouts without the normal expense. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my m8 finally got great success with it.

Great stuff Joey. Yes I used a 10kg in the vid and it's tough enough going with that. Want to make it harder just simply up the weight

That kettlebell looks like it weighs about 10 pounds. Still a pretty good workout.
What weight is the kettle bell you used grant ?
That was only a 10kg dude. Still a killer workout and sweat. If you need to make it a tougher workout or progress it more, just up the weight
