  • Today is a killer 15 minute home fat shredding workout that I simply call the 6x6 workout

    TODAYS VIDEO: Join me today guys for the 6 for 6 , 15 minute Home fat burning workout.
    I threw a bunch of exercises into a bowl, some upper body , lower body and abs
    I then picked out 6 random exercises out of the bowl for the workout.
    The plan is we hit the 6 exercises back to back , each exercise for 20 second bursts and repeat the circuit 6 times in total.
    Comes in roughly around the 15 minute mark for an awesome home fat burning workout
    You will need one kettlebell or a weight for this workout as a couple of the exercises I picked out include it. But you could also do it with your bodyweight only if you wish :-)

    Hello Zeus Hey mate I just started following your channel and i a new subscriber to your channel and i really love it. I have just started doing the exercises and the first i did was this one (Zeus Fat Burning Workout from Home - No Equipment, Only 15 Minutes Needed) and i was quite tired after just 7 minutes itself but then the next i tried again and i did it completely. So please can you more workouts without using equipments.

    definitely got a great sweat in w/ this one. non-stop movement for 15+ mins again, and it was great. need to get a kettlebell because the dumbbell didn't work so well for those figure 8 lunges lol.

    Hi Zeus,
    I really appreciate the effort you put by posting multiple Home workout regimes without equipment.I have a question,I am 24 year old,Currently I weigh 63 Kgs.I have strong lower body but I have quite thin shoulders also bit of a paunch.Can you suggest me what workout and diet should I adopt to achieve lean and fit body .

    some question from your subscriber in indonesia:
    I am 25 with 165cm height and weight 100kg. BMI at 38,1 and body fat at about 39%. TL;DR I am totally fat and need to get in shape
    1. should I focus cardio first or go with these kind of compund workout first?
    2. do I really need to follow any kind of diet or should I focus on counting my calorie intake?
