易做惹味、超餸飯嘅家常菜～
材料 ：
雞脾肉 Deboned Chicken Thigh 250 g克
洋蔥 Onion 1 pc個
青紅椒 Red and Green Bell Pepper ½ each 各半個
秋葵 Okra 3 pc條
蒜頭 Garlic 3 cloves 瓣
薑 Ginger 2 slices 片
豆豉 Salted Black Bean 1.5 tbsp 湯匙
薑油/ 紹興酒Ginger Wine/ haoXian Rice Wine 1 tbp湯匙
油 Oil 1 tbsp 湯匙
醃料Marinate：
生抽 Soy Sauce 2 tbsp 湯匙
糖 Sugar 1tsp 茶匙
麻油 Seasame oil 1 tsp茶匙
胡椒粉 Ground White Pepper ¼ tsp 茶匙
栗粉 Corn Start 1 tsp 茶匙
調味料 Seasonings：
蠔油 Oyster Sauce 1-2 tbsp湯匙
老抽 Dark Soy Sauce 1.5 tbsp湯匙
糖 Sugar 1 tsp茶匙
鹽 Sugar 1tsp 茶匙
水 Water 1 bowl 碗

You could buy it in oriental/ Asian grocery stores or buy the black bean sauce in supermarkets
