To everyone looking for that smaller waist: This workout works. I’ve done this for about a week (2x a day) and I can already see results. I don’t know what magic Gabriella has, but it works. Believe in yourself. It’s tough, yeah, but you have to put in effort to get those results. Gonna do this for maybe another week or so :D
Hello. Update 4 weeks later: Usually I’m not very good with these types of things because I’m not consistent. But I’ve done this pretty much everyday (with a couple exceptions) and I’ve noticed good improvements. My waist is considerably smaller, my core and an muscles are stronger and I’m developing some lines. I’d also like to say for the thug gap one: I’ve actually not really seen a thigh gap difference, but my legs are stronger and my muscles are more defined. To do the leg workout correctly, make sure to have your core above the ground. For the arm one: I think it is slimming down my arms and some muscles are beginning to show from the fat. I love this series and I also recommend Chloe Tings workouts as well!

I just came from jazzy le’s video so I’m going to do this for 2 weeks and see the results ! Edit💗: thank you for the likes wtf lol. And the results are really good. I recommend trying it. Know that everyone’s body is different and it could take longer or shorter for someone else!
Hi so I have a bit of recommendation if you want a smaller waist quickly and pretty much permanently. This video is great, it's quick and intense and focuses on the right muscles but what destroys the results is not squeezing your abs during it. There's a exercise known as the vacuum where you basically squeeze your abs while still breathing like normal, it's really helpful. When doing this exercise I really recommend doing it, have your mind focus on your stomach and clench downwards, you can see if you're doing it right if you place your fingers by your hipbone and can feel the area get "harder"... just thought I would add this as a tip, you can also do it anytime during the day for 30sec, there's many videos on how to do it on youtube, just search *"vacuum exercise"* hope this helped :)
Sidney Lasley no, you should be focusing on keeping your navel to your spine and engaging your core while trying to have as steady breathing as possible
✨Guys read this! I was doing this workout twice a day. Believe it or not after 5 days of workout my belly was slightly flatter and my waist became a little smaller. I was happy,but I thought I would do something more intense. I picked Pamela's 10min abs workout and stopped doing Gabriella's. After 10 days of doing it my stomach literally came back to normal(fat). So the point is Gabriella's workout are more effective and do them 2x You'll see slight changes after some days just be patient. ily all❤️

Hey guys. I just want to say. This is a 3 min workout. You won't see a difference in a week. If you want to get your waist snatched you have to do it 2 or 3 times a day and eat healthy. I see comments that say that they don't see any difference after doing this for 14 days. Avoid sugars and avoid sodas!!! Look up some hit morning workouts to do with this one. YOU WILL SEE RESULTS FASTER! Good luck everyone you can do it and get your dream body in quarantine.😘😘

im not sure if people still come to this, but I did this before about 2x a day for 2 weeks and I felt and noticed a difference. it was the first time in my entire life I could look in the mirror and see a flat stomach and smaller waist. This definitely works and I got to the point of doing it when I was bored. I'm back again to try and get that waist back, and I have no doubt I'll get it again with this.
Okay, quick questions. So like I’m scrolling through the comments and see that the majority do this workout like in secret (like when their family is asleep, or gone, etc). NUMBER 1: this DOES get easier, dont do this for a day and give up because you cant see results, trust me when I say this, it will get easier and you will see results, so believe in yourself and go do it! Mapzzz Hmar Go to her ab videos and do 4-5 videos for at least 5 days a week. I did not diet, I just drinked more water and stop eating when I was full.
when I say I want to work out everyone say your already skinny. there is a difference between skinny and toned. people also ask me why and boys already like you for your body, I don't care if the boys like my body I don't and it takes a lot to look in the mirror and say you love yourself. I don't work out to have boys like me for my body, I do it for me and so I can say I love my body.
MOTIVATION TO DO THIS WORKOUT before: waist 29.5 inches DAY 1: did it one and a half times, because i already did other ab vids but gabbys commentary kept me going day two: done! did it twice + another ab and leg video day three: did it once because i also had netball so i did a bunch of cardio day four five six: took a break because i had netball, lots of work, and was super tired and my back hurt so i needed it, but i will start again properly from tomorrow

Hi, I'm going to be doing this for a week and updating you guys! Please like this comment so it will be easier for me to find when I come to update. Relevant info- age: 14 Height: 5'6 Weight: 140 Waist: 34 +LET'S BEGIN+ 9/27/18~ IT HURTS SO MUCH! But it feels Good! Today I ate a deli sandwich and rice. (600 clas. ) I usually eat around 1,900 calories a day. ( also, I will try and do this exercise twice a day. ) 9/28/18~ So I did it twice today and I pushed myself a lot, it did hurt a bunch and my stomach feels tighter, but I still have my "fat pooch". I had around 1,800 calories and I will start to drink 84.14 oz of water a day. I really hope it's worth it, I'm not gonna measure my waist today, I'll do it when my 7 days are up. 9/29/18~ Its 10:00am and I haven't eaten anything today. I did it twice, with only one break at the end, I will do it twice in the evening again. So that's 4 times a day! Yaah¿ 9/30/18~ I just did it twice and I have some good news and bad news. Bad news: I failed and measured my waist before the week was up. Good news: my waist is now a 32.3!!!!!!! I went from a 34 to a 32!!! IN THREE DAYS!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU GABBI!
8 Day workout I will do this twice a day and her back fat workout once a day. Day 1. Man it was hard. Day 2. I was more tired throughout the workout and it took me longer but I finished. Day 3. Done Day 4. I ate like crap today but I did my workout Day 5. I hate Jack knives Day 6. Done Day7 . Done Day 8. Done Conclusion I didn't have a whole lot of results I was pretty bloated after completion so that might have been a factor but in the end I don't think I was any better off after this it might be because I didn't do it long enough and it might work for some ppl but my body has a hard time losing weight so..... At least you lost a little! People are doing this workout 3 times a day for a month, and maybe you can try that to see better changes. Also you will have to have a steady and healthy diet

okay ygs I can proudly say that after months of being consistent, my waist went from 32 inches to 22 inches this workout was apart of my workout plan and it really works omll i js wanna say that diet is a really important part ! either eat your maintenance or go on a slight deficit. also make sure to eat tons of protein too, how else are we gonna build those ab muscles lmao
@@majh-vr2oc well I would usually do this workout twice a week along with a deep core workout i would try to eat lots of protein so I would eat a lot of chicken and beef and protein bars dont get me wrong I would still go out and get fast food and things but I usually would get smaller portions and if I got soda or something I would get the diet variation

Also, here's a little bit of info about me so that you can understand/relate to me: * 15 years old * around 125-130 lbs * about 5'2" * I'm not involved in any sports, but I am active (walking, riding my bike, dancing, etc.) - DAY ONE (9/24/18) I haven't been working out for a while so I'm totally fatigued right now. I'm shaking, sweating, and I can definitely feel it in my abs. I did this workout only once through. I had to stop during the jack knives and plank push-ups because it hurt SO BAD. I always finish off ab workouts by stretching, so when I finished I did cobra pose & downward dog. Right now I'm still sweating and my heart is still beating pretty fast, but I feel pretty stoked to keep going. Good luck guys. - DAY TWO (9/25/18) It's 9:30 at night and I haven't done it yet but I definitely am going to do it before bed. I didn't feel too sore this morning but about halfway through the day I felt it big time. my core was SO SORE! but it felt good. it doesn't hurt right now so I feel like I will be able to do it again today. thanks to everyone who's replied and wished me luck! I'll come back and update this as soon as I do the workout!! *update: it's 10:13 pm, I just did it (followed by Cobra pose + downward dog). hardest part for me is all of the plank exercises. that's where I really start to feel it. I'm sweating pretty bad right now, but I'm not as shaky as yesterday. the jack knives were easier today. i also took fewer, shorter breaks today. all in all, it was a little easier today than yesterday, but still very challenging. So I've decided to go through with it this time because I was shopping today and felt really bad about my body; I know what I can do to feel better about myself but I just haven't been doing it. I want to feel good about myself. Anyway, I did this today. Once again, the plank exercises were hardest. I found the other things relatively easy (besides the jack knives lol). A tip I wanted to share with you guys is that if you take breaks, give yourself a set limit. I don't allow myself to take a break for more than 3 seconds, and if I do, I have to start the workout over. Obviously you can change that if you're a beginner or more advanced. I just thought maybe someone would find that helpful. Also, I was wondering if anyone was interested in creating a group chat (on Instagram preferably) where we can hype each other up and share progress and stuff like that. I'm doing this, and I'll update I promise! General info: I'm going to be doing this with her 3 min arm workout (you can tell I'm lazy lol) and I will be measuring myself every week. I have a pretty balanced diet so I won't be changing that in addition to these workouts. I will be doing this for 10 days to start. Have fun and good luck everyone! Measurements before: waist: 28", hips:35", arms 12" each Day 1: (waist) I did these around 10 min after breakfast. The burn is real! I struggled at the end. (arms) About 5 min after waist. My arms aren't very strong so I really felt the burn. Overall I felt pretty good, I mean there was a lot of burn but I didn't feel like I was killing myself so I did it again after lunch. Day 2:woke up kinda sore did both exercises once. (waist) My abs were already sore so it was much tougher today. I really hate those jack knives. (arms)also very sore! I think my left arm is weaker? Overall pretty sore and it hurt a lot. Day 2's are always very hard, so hopefully tomorrow it won't hurt as much. Day 3: still little sore but much less than yesterday (arms) I can feel my arms are a lot tighter, if that makes sense? (waist) still barely making it through the end Overall still pretty hard.Definitely can feel a difference. My abs and arms are much harder. In terms of slimming, no difference as far as I can tell, but it's only been 3 days. Excited to see how it turns out. Day 4: woke up much less sore (waist) It is feeling easier to do than usual. I'm feeling stronger. (arms) I think I'm able to the exercises with more quality? like my arms aren't dipping and lowering as much Overall, feel pretty good. I can see slightly more definiton with my abs (there is a slight "11 line" shadow). My arms seemed to have slimmed dow the tiniest bit, but it may just be me convincing myself. Excited to take measurements on Day 7. Day 5: woke up with basically no soreness (waist) so much easier to do wow! (arms) feels the same as usual. My left arm is so much weaker. Overall feel good. Day 6: (waist) feeling good (Arms) just as hard tbh Overall, in my waist my abs are much more toned, and my arms feel stronger. I don't know if either of them have slimmed down, though. Day 7: done Here are my feelings so far: this seems to be great more for building strength and muscle, but I'm not sure how much slimming down it does. If you consider yourself overweight or don't have much muscle in these areas, this will definitely help. If you are already relatively slim or and slightly fit (like me, I normally as a person exercise every 3 days), then I think this can only help you to a certain extent. I look forward to take measurements tomorrow morning and hopefully I've lost something! Day 8: MEASUREMENT DAY! (waist)--> lost maybe 1/3 of an inch? Idk due to how accurate my measurements were (arms)--> the same Here are my feelings: This definitely has toned me and made me stringer, but not really done much slimming. Since it's only been a week, I want to continue doing this for another week and I'll let you guys know how it goes. Edit: okay I hate that I've become the person who doesnt update for a really long time... but basically I did this for 3 more weeks (basically a month) and I'm satisfied with the results! I've lost 3 inches off my waist, which is insane!, and an inch and a half off both of my arms. I really like these workouts and Ive toned it down to about 3x a week now!

Waist: 29.5 inches Weight: 54.5 kg Wish me luck ✨ --------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 1:✅ Done! I looooove her energy, I'm already excited to keep going. Doesn't take me long and definitely works me up! Day 2: ✅ did the abs five times, arm twice, bum and legs once. DUUUUDE THOSE JACK KNIVES ARE AMAZING IT'S LIKE YOU'RE FORCED TO USE YOUR CORE I LOVE IT. Also if an exercise isn't like painful for you and you can't get it right just replace it with something similar just work those abs they HAVE to hurt! Day 3: skipping today cause I'm on my period and can barely stand Day 4: ✅ abs thrice, arm and inner thighs one each, no butt today. I lost about a kilogram which never really happens to me! Day 5: ✅ abs five times, legs twice, arms once and no butt. I'm actually seeing physical changes in my stomach and I couldn't be happier! I’ll try and keep ya’ll updated! I’ll be doing this for two weeks! Day 1: Super sweaty dying! (Doing two times in the morning and two later in the day or before bed) Tiring, a little sore, and definite change! But, today I did this workout an hour after I woke up I did it twice. Then maybe an hour later I ate avocado toast with some eggs (my choice cuz i like those) then maybe a few hours later I ate carne asada fries my mom brought me (;-;) then after maybe like an hour later of doing hw I did it again twice and directly after so it was difficult. But, I did feel energized throughout the day! (Also, I used a waist trainer for the workout later in the day and I already have the hourglass shape down now! But It still isn’t as small as I want it so ya there’s a tip) Day 2: Still sore from yesterday. Stronger for sure. Got a little easier. SUPER SORE. But energizing. Also I used the waist trainer again. Starting to get the waist I wanted. Day 3: First workout I did today was Holly Dolke’s 1 week flat stomach workout. Then later today I’m going to do this workout. I’m definitely getting more into shape and more definition: Also I feel healthier, energized and fit. I’m proud of myself Day 4: Didn’t get to workout cuz i went out with my friend and she got me phat. ;( But, I am going to work out tomorrow! hi!! so i’m gonna start doing this every single day, and post updates to help motivate my to keep going !! day 1: i did this at the gym, and it wasn’t bad at first, but trust me, if you’re not hurting in the last few workouts, you didn’t do it correctly. i had to take a break one the third one, second to last one, and then again during the last one. it hurts BAD!!! i did it again after that, and had to stop during the second to last, and twice during the last workout. so it didn’t go over the greatest, but if i repeat this every day, it’ll get easier!! day 2: so WOW my abs are quite sore. i didn’t see any results right away, but i definitely wasn’t expecting that. i definitely still have fat on my body, so hopefully this will help me burn some of that off. i’ve done it once so far today, and i had to stop for like 5 seconds on the beginning of the last workout. day 3: i’m so sorry, i went on vacation and didn’t do it during it. i did it again today, and it felt like it did the first day. that kinda just helps me see that consistency really is key. day 4: let me just say that i took a week long break, and i regret it so much. i know i would’ve seen the results i wanted if i stuck with it, but i didn’t. it’s 9:45, and i just did it, and surprisingly, it wasn’t very bad. i took one break on the last workout. i’m gonna do the butt one now!!!! if anyone wants to help me keep being consistent that would be amazing !! day 5: i can feel myself getting stronger. i went through the whole workout without stopping. it works your abs a lot too, so i when i flex, my abs are much more apparent now. my waist actually looks like it’s cut a little bit of fat off, which is amazing in just 5 days!

At the beginning i was really sweating, and these are just toning workouts xD not cardio or something hard. But now i am just sweating a little bit. I measured my waist and it went from 29 inches to 28 :). And i think i can see my booty and my thighs/legs change a little bit. But my belly definitely got flatter! OH AND I ALMOST FORGOT TO MENTION that i have a real desire to do these 3-4 workouts! Idk why but i don’t think nah i need to do these exercises, NO i want to do them. Hahah it’s a miracle. (Fun Fakt > I do the workouts around 7pm or 8pm sometimes around 9pm) Friday: All 4 workouts this time again. For all of you who want to start exercising bc you want to get fit, healthy, strong, skinny whatever, just do it, it‘s worth it! You don’t have to do 30 min of cardio everyday, just start slow and than when it gets easier you can go harder. And if it is to hard you can slow down, anytime. Do what is best for you, especially at the beginning. Give yourself time to rest, do not over do the exercises, that won‘t give you the results faster. If you do one week a lot of exercises every day and than in the next week stop bc it was to exhausting. That’s not good for you and your body, you know what i mean? Just start slow, do what you can and really push yourself at a few exercises. Little update to my body again: I really think that my things starting to get thinner, or it‘s all in my mind haha. The same by my but, i think it‘s getting bigger. To make sure that it is not just in my mind i will measure my thighs, my booty and my waist as well, and my arms though i am not doing the slim arm workout as often. Thighs > 59cm Booty: > about 95cm (idk if i measured it right haha) Waist: > 72 cm Arms: > about 28cm (my arms are slim, thats why i don’t do the slim arm workout as often) Another Fakt: As i started to do these 4mim workouts on a daily basis i wasn‘t fat or chunky or something like that, i just had ˋskinny fat‘. Last week o chilled at the weekend but this weekend i thing that i will do the 3-4 workouts and maybe a flat belly workout from gabby too🤷🏻♀️ Saturday: I was really motivated to do the workouts on the evening so i did the booty and waist workout. After these two i didn’t want do the thigh workout cause idk, i think i wasn’t as “strong” in the evening as at 8pm, so i did just these two for Saturday. Sunday: I think i wasn’t that motivated because of yesterday, so i decided to let my body rest for this day. Monday: Booty, thigh, waist I noticed that it was harder than last week, i think because of the weekend. But probably it won’t be that hard tomorrow and the other days. Oh and i almost forgot to mention that my legs were kinda shaking after the workouts (i always do waist at first then booty and then thighs) SORRY, I STOPPED UPDATING. Usually I’m not very good with these types of things because I’m not consistent. But I’ve done this pretty much everyday (with a couple exceptions) and I’ve noticed good improvements. My waist is considerably smaller, my core and an muscles are stronger and I’m developing some lines. I’d also like to say for the thug gap one: I’ve actually not really seen a thigh gap difference, but my legs are stronger and my muscles are more defined. To do the leg workout correctly, make sure to have your core above the ground. For the arm one: I think it is slimming down my arms and some muscles are beginning to show from the fat. I love this series and I also recommend Chloe Tings workouts as well!

Hi so I have a bit of recommendation if you want a smaller waist quickly and pretty much permanently. This video is great, it's quick and intense and focuses on the right muscles but what destroys the results is not squeezing your abs during it. There's a exercise known as the vacuum where you basically squeeze your abs while still breathing like normal, it's really helpful. When doing this exercise I really recommend doing it, have your mind focus on your stomach and clench downwards, you can see if you're doing it right if you place your fingers by your hipbone and can feel the area get "harder"... just thought I would add this as a tip, you can also do it anytime during the day for 30sec, there's many videos on how to do it on youtube, just search *"vacuum exercise"*

I was doing this workout twice a day.
Believe it or not after 5 days of workout my belly was slightly flatter and my waist became a little smaller. I was happy,but I thought I would do something more intense. I picked Pamela's 10min abs workout and stopped doing Gabriella's.
After 10 days of doing it my stomach literally came back to normal(fat).
So the point is Gabriella's workout are more effective and do them 2x
You'll see slight changes after some days just be patient.

Hey guys. I just want to say. This is a 3 min workout. You won't see a difference in a week. If you want to get your waist snatched you have to do it 2 or 3 times a day and eat healthy. I see comments that say that they don't see any difference after doing this for 14 days. Avoid sugars and avoid sodas!!! Look up some hit morning workouts to do with this one. I did this workout twice or more a day for like 3 weeks and i lost so much belly fat AND i got a snatched waist!! This workout seriously works you guys. im not sure if people still come to this, but I did this before about 2x a day for 2 weeks and I felt and noticed a difference. it was the first time in my entire life I could look in the mirror and see a flat stomach and smaller waist. This definitely works and I got to the point of doing it when I was bored. I'm back again to try and get that waist back, and I have no doubt I'll get it again with this.

9/27/18~ IT HURTS SO MUCH! But it feels Good! Today I ate a deli sandwich and rice. (600 clas. ) I usually eat around 1,900 calories a day. ( also, I will try and do this exercise twice a day. )
9/28/18~ So I did it twice today and I pushed myself a lot, it did hurt a bunch and my stomach feels tighter, but I still have my "fat pooch". I had around 1,800 calories and I will start to drink 84.14 oz of water a day. I really hope it's worth it, I'm not gonna measure my waist today, I'll do it when my 7 days are up.
9/29/18~ Its 10:00am and I haven't eaten anything today. I did it twice, with only one break at the end, I will do it twice in the evening again. So that's 4 times a day! Yaah¿
9/30/18~ I just did it twice and I have some good news and bad news. Bad news: I failed and measured my waist before the week was up. Good news: my waist is now a 32.3!!!!!!! I went from a 34 to a 32!!! IN THREE DAYS!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU GABBI!

Did this workout 2 times so I could try and get faster results and I recommend doing the jack knifes slow so you feel the burnn lol but seriously it will make a difference also I did this workout paired with a thew other workouts such as abs, arms, thigh gap and legs and for that I go on my exercise bike at home and I felt pretty good afterwards so yeah and obviously it's only the first day so I didn't see results:)

so yeah it's been 1 WEEK since I've been doing this waist workout and my other workouts but mostly this one and I feel quite good that I've been consistent with it and got this far! also today I've tried out a different abs workout by Chloe Ting (not that there's anything wrong with Gabriella's workouts i just thought i would do a bit of a change) so we will see how that will go on :) and omg let me tell you- I literally woke up this morning and looked at my waist and like I thought I was trippin or something but my waist was so so much smaller than yesterday and I was so so happy and felt like now I'm starting to reach my goal! It was really amazing but not stopping here lmao I'm carrying on with this workout!!

soo again I woke up and was like damn you look good today! ;) and I felt really confident and stuff! Yeah so my waist I could see that it has gotten a bit smaller than yesterday just a bit but still it's good! I have been eating a lot more healthier as I mentioned at the start and I would say that it will definitely help you see faster results! :)

Okay so since I've seen quite a lot of difference in my waist (on Day 8) I haven't seen any changes from that day but sometimes I do think how long would it take to get the results I dream of and then I just felt like I was being a negative nelly lmao-💀 so yeah also I'm really wanting to try and get slim thighs and a thigh gap! I've tried Gabriella's thigh gap workout and I did actually see a tiny difference but seriously not a huge difference but I've been doing the thigh gap workout for about nearly a week so yeah and for my leg workouts I normally used to go on my exercise bike but now I don't get to as much because there's reasons like I'm tired or it's sorta late to go on it but I also feel like these two weeks (very almost 2 weeks) have gone really fast and that means I've been doing this workout for that long and I'm happy to say that because I've been consistent and stuff but yeah soz for the long paragraph but I just wanted to let you know the honest facts guys! :)

Okay so I've noticed in my school skirts my waist looks quite small and that made me happy!:) also before I started any workouts (this one I mean) I had quite a lot of lower belly fat and that made me very insecure especially when I wore leggings or jeans but now it's slimmer down quite a lot!! DAY ONE (9/24/18)
I haven't been working out for a while so I'm totally fatigued right now. I'm shaking, sweating, and I can definitely feel it in my abs. I did this workout only once through. I had to stop during the jack knives and plank push-ups because it hurt SO BAD. I always finish off ab workouts by stretching, so when I finished I did cobra pose & downward dog. Right now I'm still sweating and my heart is still beating pretty fast, but I feel pretty stoked to keep going. Good luck guys.

It's 9:30 at night and I haven't done it yet but I definitely am going to do it before bed. I didn't feel too sore this morning but about halfway through the day I felt it big time. my core was SO SORE! but it felt good. it doesn't hurt right now so I feel like I will be able to do it again today. thanks to everyone who's replied and wished me luck! I'll come back and update this as soon as I do the workout!!
*update: it's 10:13 pm, I just did it (followed by Cobra pose + downward dog). hardest part for me is all of the plank exercises. that's where I really start to feel it. I'm sweating pretty bad right now, but I'm not as shaky as yesterday. the jack knives were easier today. i also took fewer, shorter breaks today. all in all, it was a little easier today than yesterday, but still very challenging. I've got high hopes.

DAY ONE [10/07/2018]
Hi guys. So I've decided to go through with it this time because I was shopping today and felt really bad about my body; I know what I can do to feel better about myself but I just haven't been doing it. I want to feel good about myself. Anyway, I did this today. Once again, the plank exercises were hardest. I found the other things relatively easy (besides the jack knives lol). A tip I wanted to share with you guys is that if you take breaks, give yourself a set limit. I don't allow myself to take a break for more than 3 seconds, and if I do, I have to start the workout over. Obviously you can change that if you're a beginner or more advanced. I just thought maybe someone would find that helpful.
Also, I was wondering if anyone was interested in creating a group chat (on Instagram preferably) where we can hype each other up and share progress and stuff like that. If you're interested, reply to this and I'll make one.

General info: I'm going to be doing this with her 3 min arm workout (you can tell I'm lazy lol) and I will be measuring myself every week. I have a pretty balanced diet so I won't be changing that in addition to these workouts. I will be doing this for 10 days to start. Have fun and good luck everyone!
Measurements before: waist: 28", hips:35", arms 12" each
Day 1:
(waist) I did these around 10 min after breakfast. The burn is real! I struggled at the end.
(arms) About 5 min after waist. My arms aren't very strong so I really felt the burn.
Overall I felt pretty good, I mean there was a lot of burn but I didn't feel like I was killing myself so I did it again after lunch.
Day 2:woke up kinda sore did both exercises once.
(waist) My abs were already sore so it was much tougher today. I really hate those jack knives.
(arms)also very sore! I think my left arm is weaker?
Overall pretty sore and it hurt a lot. Day 2's are always very hard, so hopefully tomorrow it won't hurt as much.
Day 3: still little sore but much less than yesterday
(arms) I can feel my arms are a lot tighter, if that makes sense?
(waist) still barely making it through the end
Overall still pretty hard.Definitely can feel a difference. My abs and arms are much harder. In terms of slimming, no difference as far as I can tell, but it's only been 3 days. Excited to see how it turns out.
Day 4: woke up much less sore
(waist) It is feeling easier to do than usual. I'm feeling stronger.
(arms) I think I'm able to the exercises with more quality? like my arms aren't dipping and lowering as much
Overall, feel pretty good. I can see slightly more definiton with my abs (there is a slight "11 line" shadow). My arms seemed to have slimmed dow the tiniest bit, but it may just be me convincing myself. Excited to take measurements on Day 7.
Day 5: woke up with basically no soreness

Overall, in my waist my abs are much more toned, and my arms feel stronger. I don't know if either of them have slimmed down, though.

Here are my feelings so far: this seems to be great more for building strength and muscle, but I'm not sure how much slimming down it does. If you consider yourself overweight or don't have much muscle in these areas, this will definitely help. If you are already relatively slim or and slightly fit (like me, I normally as a person exercise every 3 days), then I think this can only help you to a certain extent. I look forward to take measurements tomorrow morning and hopefully I've lost something!

Here are my feelings: This definitely has toned me and made me stringer, but not really done much slimming. Since it's only been a week, I want to continue doing this for another week and I'll let you guys know how it goes.
Edit: okay I hate that I've become the person who doesnt update for a really long time... but basically I did this for 3 more weeks (basically a month) and I'm satisfied with the results! I've lost 3 inches off my waist, which is insane!, and an inch and a half off both of my arms. I really like these workouts and Ive toned it down to about 3x a week now!

@@nostalgicteen8012 Im so sorry I just saw this! But yea, def way more toned. The lines on the sides of my abs were pretty prominent (Idk if I'm describing it correctly, hopefully that makes sense), so they were obvious, but def not very obvious. I'd say I looked pretty toned.

Day 2: ✅ did the abs five times, arm twice, bum and legs once. DUUUUDE THOSE JACK KNIVES ARE AMAZING IT'S LIKE YOU'RE FORCED TO USE YOUR CORE I LOVE IT. Also if an exercise isn't like painful for you and you can't get it right just replace it with something similar just work those abs they HAVE to hurt!
Day 3: skipping today cause I'm on my period and can barely stand
Day 4: ✅ abs thrice, arm and inner thighs one each, no butt today. I lost about a kilogram which never really happens to me!
Day 5: ✅ abs five times, legs twice, arms once and no butt. I'm actually seeing physical changes in my stomach and I couldn't be happier!
(Did the Alexis ren ab workout at 2 AM for some reason and will continue doing it along with this to hopefully get results faster)

@@batataflita4843 I literally have never had abs before and was SUPER "fluffly" (lol) but after doing this twice a day for like a week I started to see more definition in my obliques!! 😮😁 I'm not doing it anymore but it has DEFINITELY helped kick start my fitness journey 😊. Would HIGHLY recommend 👍

this workout is SO HARD but she’s right stay consistent. first 4 days was hell, could barely hold the plank, i took a two day break and was able to do the full plank push up! you’ve got this

Day 1: Super sweaty dying! (Doing two times in the morning and two later in the day or before bed) Tiring, a little sore, and definite change! But, today I did this workout an hour after I woke up I did it twice. Then maybe an hour later I ate avocado toast with some eggs (my choice cuz i like those) then maybe a few hours later I ate carne asada fries my mom brought me (;-;) then after maybe like an hour later of doing hw I did it again twice and directly after so it was difficult. But, I did feel energized throughout the day! (Also, I used a waist trainer for the workout later in the day and I already have the hourglass shape down now! But It still isn’t as small as I want it so ya there’s a tip)
Day 2: Still sore from yesterday. Stronger for sure. Got a little easier. SUPER SORE. But energizing. Also I used the waist trainer again. Starting to get the waist I wanted.
Day 3: First workout I did today was Holly Dolke’s 1 week flat stomach workout. Then later today I’m going to do this workout. I’m definitely getting more into shape and more definition: Also I feel healthier, energized and fit. I’m proud of myself
Day 4: Didn’t get to workout cuz i went out with my friend and she got me phat. ;( But, I am going to work out tomorrow!

hi!! so i’m gonna start doing this every single day, and post updates to help motivate my to keep going !!
day 1: i did this at the gym, and it wasn’t bad at first, but trust me, if you’re not hurting in the last few workouts, you didn’t do it correctly. i had to take a break one the third one, second to last one, and then again during the last one. it hurts BAD!!!
i did it again after that, and had to stop during the second to last, and twice during the last workout. so it didn’t go over the greatest, but if i repeat this every day, it’ll get easier!!
day 2: so WOW my abs are quite sore. i didn’t see any results right away, but i definitely wasn’t expecting that. i definitely still have fat on my body, so hopefully this will help me burn some of that off. i’ve done it once so far today, and i had to stop for like 5 seconds on the beginning of the last workout.
day 3: i’m so sorry, i went on vacation and didn’t do it during it. i did it again today, and it felt like it did the first day. that kinda just helps me see that consistency really is key.
day 4: let me just say that i took a week long break, and i regret it so much. i know i would’ve seen the results i wanted if i stuck with it, but i didn’t. it’s 9:45, and i just did it, and surprisingly, it wasn’t very bad. i took one break on the last workout. i’m gonna do the butt one now!!!! if anyone wants to help me keep being consistent that would be amazing !!
day 5: i can feel myself getting stronger. i went through the whole workout without stopping. it works your abs a lot too, so i when i flex, my abs are much more apparent now. my waist actually looks like it’s cut a little bit of fat off, which is amazing in just 5 days!

I struggled so freaking much in the beginning, like i was dying every second of it, but I’ve done it every day for 3 weeks now and it actually isn’t hard at all anymore! I really feel how my ”abs” have gotten stronger but I cant see a fysical change tho

The workouts are a lot easier! The last exercise from this video was always the hardest and i needed to stop every time, but today i went through. The same with the thigh workout, got a lot easier. At the beginning i was really sweating, and these are just toning workouts xD not cardio or something hard. But now i am just sweating a little bit. I measured my waist and it went from 29 inches to 28 :). And i think i can see my booty and my thighs/legs change a little bit. But my belly definitely got flatter! OH AND I ALMOST FORGOT TO MENTION that i have a real desire to do these 3-4 workouts! Idk why but i don’t think nah i need to do these exercises, NO i want to do them. Hahah it’s a miracle. (Fun Fakt > I do the workouts around 7pm or 8pm sometimes around 9pm)

All 4 workouts this time again.
For all of you who want to start exercising bc you want to get fit, healthy, strong, skinny whatever, just do it, it‘s worth it!
You don’t have to do 30 min of cardio everyday, just start slow and than when it gets easier you can go harder. And if it is to hard you can slow down, anytime. Do what is best for you, especially at the beginning. Give yourself time to rest, do not over do the exercises, that won‘t give you the results faster. If you do one week a lot of exercises every day and than in the next week stop bc it was to exhausting. That’s not good for you and your body, you know what i mean? Just start slow, do what you can and really push yourself at a few exercises.
Little update to my body again:
I really think that my things starting to get thinner, or it‘s all in my mind haha.
The same by my but, i think it‘s getting bigger.
To make sure that it is not just in my mind i will measure my thighs, my booty and my waist as well, and my arms though i am not doing the slim arm workout as often.
Thighs > 59cm
Booty: > about 95cm (idk if i measured it right haha)
Waist: > 72 cm
Arms: > about 28cm (my arms are slim, thats why i don’t do the slim arm workout as often)
Another Fakt: As i started to do these 4mim workouts on a daily basis i wasn‘t fat or chunky or something like that, i just had ˋskinny fat‘.
Last week o chilled at the weekend but this weekend i thing that i will do the 3-4 workouts and maybe a flat belly workout from gabby too🤷🏻♀️
Saturday:
I was really motivated to do the workouts on the evening so i did the booty and waist workout. After these two i didn’t want do the thigh workout cause idk, i think i wasn’t as “strong” in the evening as at 8pm, so i did just these two for Saturday.
Sunday:
I think i wasn’t that motivated because of yesterday, so i decided to let my body rest for this day.

I noticed that it was harder than last week, i think because of the weekend. But probably it won’t be that hard tomorrow and the other days.
Oh and i almost forgot to mention that my legs were kinda shaking after the workouts (i always do waist at first then booty and then thighs)
SORRY, I STOPPED UPDATING. I took a break but I did 1,5 workouts today, so I‘m gonna start again (did the whole booty and just half of waist)
