He was awesome, the best of the best And they all should be in the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame.
I agree with you
So agree on both comments 👍♥️♥️♥️
When Freddie Weller eventually left Paul Revere and The Raiders he became a very well known and respected country singer, God Bless !! Still listen to his music today .
"Games People Play" was his most famous song.
@@machenderson It was made famous by Joe South.
Another 45 that I still own and LOVE! (Him or Me) Woo! What a great jam!!!!!
Remember him or me played on the Famous 56 Wfil Philly. Heard it 1st April 1967.
Crique Alley from the MaMas n PaPas eas cool after there big hit Dedicated to the 1 I love. Which was originally a Shirreles hit back in 1961.
Freddy was very handsome, talented, and a sweet man, the Raiders picked a great guy.
he was a nice guy and incredibly talented
I agree!
I remember this one so well! thanks for posting it. I never thought I'd see it again!
This was a GREAT interview...Mark, is so good, full of info...AND HE IS JUST SO DARN HANDSOME!!! VERY SEXY, COOL, GROOVY VOICE...
Aahhh Marc Lindsay is a beautiful man....still is today!😘😍❤️👍
This was one fantastic interview. Love MARK
I met him once in Atlanta briefly around 1961. Extremely handsome man.
Really sweet to see all three of them there together talking.
I am so angry they're all not in Hall of Fame. They're so deserving. Much more than many in there.
I met them all a gazillion years ago after their concert. A bunch of really nice guys and seriously easy to look at. Billy Joe Royal and Roy Head were also appearing and we met them too. I was just a young teen and it was my first concert. I thought I’d died and gone to heaven. ❤️
I used to see this line up or PR&R in Salem, Oregon between 1967 and 1969 whenever they'd come to town, about once each year.
this is Barbara saying thank you so much I remember you will never forget you and next time bring a Frisbee with you when you guys play
Paul and I became dear friends thru the years close enough he called me Jim. Truly miss him.
Really enjoyed their chitchat!!!
Love Freddy♥️👍😁♥️♥️♥️. Love this video. Thank you.
Freddy was soooo CUTE. Mark too. They still are handsome ♥️♥️.
They and Keith were my favorite 3 Raiders although I loved them all.
MARK. LINDSAY great singer.
Freddie is very humble and a bit shy
He is a bit younger than the rest of the group.
1967 would have been the year a friend of mine and I saw them in Atlanta at the Fox, I believe. He graduated from the same High School I went to, 1962, I think.
In 1967 it would have been at the old Atlanta City Auditorium, now a part of Georgia State University.
Did you get drafted?
@@RaiderRooter-em8gu ... okay... that's why I said "I think".
@@hugbug4408 ????????????
Mark Lindsay was always a fine gentleman !!!###
I watch american bandstand every Saturday morning
Use to watch it at 1 pm every Sat. As a kid .
Yea Cleveland!!
Freddy was from Georgia, Joe Correro was from Mississippi, and Keith Allison was from Texas. They were the "Rebel Raiders" 😋❤️
Freddie is from my homestate of georgia
Tommy Roe, Ray Stevens, Joe South, Billy Joe Royal .... lots of talent from Georgia. Oh, Little Richard too (from Macon).
Mark Lindsay is super cool for a LEAD SINGER.
Dick really put the " Dick" in Dick Clark. It seems like he didn't like good ol' boy Mark Lindsay. Ed Sullivan was irate when they were playfully goofing off on stage. Ed was such an uptight conservative and it showed. I'm glad Mark Lindsay screwed around with the cameras and popped the gator at the end of their last sing. Actually, Ed cut them off before the end. You could see the tension; his face got dark and he was in a controlled white hot Irish rage...😂
Dick Clarks' standard question.."what's the ideal girl?" Does he think he's going to fix him up or something?
Looks like Mark was reeeaaallly sweating here by the underarm stains.
When rushed I sure sweated at 14 and still do at 69 ! Called being normal 😁
Really enjoyed their chitchat!!!
