About a month ago I discovered this channel, it has changed my workouts. I started out small with 30 burpees total ( 3 x 10 reps). 6 weeks later, I am alternating days between 150 - 1 pump burpees and 50 Navy Seals! And growing! THANK YOU WOLFPACK!
@@jayg6222 Yah man, I noticed people are progressing fast here :D I do 150 1 pump in about 20 minutes ( I know it´s slow, but I´m a big guy :)) Perhaps I should switch to doing 100 2-pumps instead and do Navy seals on the days in between? I´ve been recovering these past two days as I´ve got some kind of sprain in my right shoulder. Keep up the good work though! Big Up to the Wolfpack!

Started a beginner's routine for 2 weeks now, I love the combination of high reps and it has been working for me so far. I am 38 now and I feel incredible after finishing these workouts, so I really appreciate your effort and sharing with the community. I would love to have a different pace and go higher but my joints, specially left side elbow and knee cut my vibe and I need to respect my body sometimes to go stronger the next day! Let us see how I feel after a month and I will try to go into intermediate! Big Shoutout from Portugal to You, Wolf! Keep it up, please! 💪🏾
Thanks Iron Wolf for another inspirational and great video. Salute to the Wolf Pack! I don’t understand those two dislikes. We get one or two of them every now and then, why do they bother to come to the channel, they should just steer clear and leave the Wolf Pack to get ultra fit.

Gotta like and shout out man. I started this stuff in March when in isolation but went a bit too hard and ended up with some painful elbow problems so scaled it back. Getting back into it and just managed 300 burpees in 32.5 minutes which is a PB for me for reps and time. Thanks Wolf for keeping it up and not tolerating laziness. I try and get everyone to love burpees....weird how so few people do them 😅🤣

So i tried this 25 2pump, 25swings, 25squat/lunges 25situps, had to stop when round 5 Was done. Was never so down. Nothing more possible for me, have a lot of work to Do. Wanted to do 8 rounds, but no way still jet for me
Just curious to what the stomach pump does before you do I burpee as I don't do it myself as never seemed to see what benifits it has. Keep the grind going it's awesome motivation
What kettlebell weight would you suggest to someone who isn't just starting out training - has been doing weights / calisthenics for say 2 years - but hasn't really done much bell training, and don't feel comft doing a 70lb-er?

35lb is good for beginner

l started with 32kg for 10 reps and it was fine
Depends how strong you are but somewhere between 14-20kg would be my guess
