As a now 52 year old I thank him daily and salute all those who have joined and put in the daily burpee work. Remember one man’s 100 is another’s 20. Killer Workout, will do this in a couple of hours time. Your workouts are the best, after over two years of training, I have noticed good results, I am much stronger and I am shaping up. I just need to be more disciplined on my diet, I am cutting down on carbs, I still have some belly fat to lose, for me that is the hardest part to go.

Will.do this tomorrow or Saturday. I will use a modified technique for the abwheel so it isolates the core & does not recruit hips to carryout the movement & reduced shoulder strain. Doing this hurts more in a good way as it focuses predominantly on the CORE 🙏

Hello wolf, a quick question, is it bad to jog before these exercises ?
Goal is to burn fat of course but also gain muscle, not to be super muscular but to look fit.
    Thanks in advance 💪

Absolute warrior so inspiring 🔥 💪 one question though how do you not get back pain from accumulating thousands of reps of that initial arch in the back bending before you go down for the burpee if that makes sense? Maybe there’s a video on this I missed ?

    Burpees fatigues my weak core.
As I go I can feel my core starting to sag more and more. Not to the point of breaking down like a worm but i can't keep straight like in the beginning.
I wish I didn't neglect my core all these years.

Silly question from me. When doing leg raises, don't you even have to pull your legs close enough towards your chest that you have more drill on your abs? I hope I have expressed myself correctly. Not my native language
