Would love to see more "What I eat in a Week" videos! I used to love those. This was a really helpful video that offered a lot of useful information. Love it!
Something I learnt from my doctor is to eat in the correct order. Vegetables and greens first. Next protein and at the very last carbohidrates (healthy carbs). This makes one hell of a difference. I promise you will feel it throughout the day, especially if you suffer from gas or gut health issues ❤
From my nutrition diploma I learned about eating whole-nutrient dense foods as as well as having the awareness/knowledge about the effects of food processing reducing its nutrient content. Also the gut-brain axis was huge topic too. I loved what you shared and I think you used great key words for us to learn more about and dig deeper to be healthier.
Aloha Valeria! You are gorgeous inside and out! Love your fun loving, empowering personality! I have a Masters in Integrated Health and Wellness (holistic coach) and registered sleep specialist for over 15 years (also studying through Oxford University) - that being said, I enjoy listening to content from other ethnicities. Its about always learning, understanding your “personalized health”. Not every body is the same.
I love this content Valeria... reminds me of those days when i first followed you. But i understand that we grow and change as a person. So i also appreciate how your channel has evolved over the years. You are an inspiration😁
Recently after watching one of your video, I thought how far you’d come and how the first time I came across your channel was because of the videos on holistic nutrition. I was thinking “how come she’s not posting about it anymore???”. And here it is,about a week later, the video I wanted to see from you 😊
Sometimes I feel nostalgic about older Valeria content. Which is fair enough, I started watching you in high school and now I'm a proper-ish adult, my first video that I remember was about making elderberry gummies. This video just made that feeling a little stronger. I'm a big fan of the intuitive eating tho :)
As someone who LOVES good food and suffered from eczema, I found that food itself can be scary in the beginning but eczema aside, I feel that though health and wellness can be very personal, we can go wrong eating more local. I was born and raised in Asia and moved to Switzerland. For the first 2.5 years here, I was vegan but my environment is the least logical to be vegan because every vegan food is processed/imported and in winter, there isn't much variety of vegetables in the Swiss Alps area. That being said, I was good but after a while didn't feel my best and now it's 90% local, meat from the village neighbour, veggies from the farmer's garden, raw milk and cheese from the cow's we pass by while we walk around town. It's difficult when one lives in a city but I think as long as we keep striving to go local, skip processed food, sugar, oil and cook as our ancestors would, we will be fine. :)
Love these types of videos! For someone with a typical 9 to 5 job, what courses/certificates could I take to learn more about nutrition and not take too much time?
Hi Valeria ❤ This is a very interesting topic. Right now I'm having a hard time eating healthy and I don't understand why I'm always craving junk food.
I'm glad you're showing the VOS app. I've been using it for almost half a year and I'm very happy with it, mostly when you're not feeling well, VOS is a good helper. But what I'm honestly not happy about is that there is a PRIME drink in the video, which is definitely not good for the body.
Hello Valeria This is such a wonderful and an incredible inspirational video Thank you so much. Love you so much Valeria Love Janice and Larry Watson Pittsburgh PA USA
I had to be on bed rest in my pregnancy and gained more weight than I wanted, now 4 almost 5 months postpartum it's been really hard for me to lose weight. I hate the way I look and really want my old body back 😩
She explains at the beginning that she had a license, but it’s expired since she has moved on to do other things. She also mentions she has old content from when she actually was a licensed holistic nutritionist. Not sure if she has ever gone in depth about her credentials in nutrition but I hope this helps 😊!
I almost resent your "wellbeing" info sharing, "holistic" approach, seeing as you have had 'WORK" done on your body, IMPLANTS, which are quite discernible. This strikes me as less than "wellbeing" conscious.
Agree!!! I’m doing bone broth and intermittent way of eating always organic and it has help me health wise. It’s new but the results have been incredible 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

You have a smart doctor, lucky you!😀
It also helps with glucose peaks :)
Protein first and other nutrients next
But I am also pretty sure you need to leave a certain amount of time between them if taking this approach
I AM SO HAPPY, I actually started following your content right from the beginning and I really missed the Nutritionist content. It is so helpful
thank you for still being here 🥹❤️

Were you a hobbyist into nutrition or are you actually a nutritionist with credentials? Just curious.
