Brothers Johnny, an adolescent surf talent, and Adam, a preadolescent video-game addict, grow up care-free in California as adopted sons of Marines veteran Mac, inseparable friends of wacky local lout Iggy. Colonel Chi's military reign of terror culminates in their tiny birth-land, island state Patu San, off the Viet Nam coast. Former royal guards officer Zatch comes to summon the brothers to return and restore the pacific monarchy, because they are the sons of the murdered king, whom Mac took in exile for safety. They are joined on the adventurous journey by a bored Californian police detective whose attention was drawn by the ninja team that failed, thanks to Zatch, to murder the brothers in Mac's home.

"Wanna go the mall sometime?" That's how you know this is 20 years old.
This cast list is 🔥
COVID-19: what’s a mall?
Surf 🏄♂️ Ninjas is one 👌 😍 in this world 🌎 in a variety setting that allows for your favorite place and prayers 🙏 😀 you will need a ride to get more about groceries.
This movie makes me feel old!
2022: wanna go on Amazon sometime.
I'm 31 years old and still say "Kwansoo Dude!" all the time.
Goddamn, this trailer perfectly sums up what being a little kid in the early '90s was like. xD Born in '88 here. I remember seeing this exact trailer like a zillion times because it was on the VHS for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III (the one where they travel back in time to feudal Japan). Also, that Asian guy who's the main character in this, he was in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: Secret of the Ooze. He played Keno, the pizza boy-turned-ninja crimefighter. Long live the '90s!
Dude yes!!! Saw the trailer a million times on the same Turtles 3 VHS. Born in 88 also. Good time to be alive. Surf Ninjas rules🏄
Three Ninjas, Surf Ninjas, TMNT... the early '90s were ninja as fuck. lol
Good times
Tuan Jim Don't forget The Next Karate Kid! The early 90's were awesome for kids doing martial arts
DUDE HE WAS JACKED AS HELL
Ahh, those were simpler times. The editing is on spot, the sound effects are to die for and the whole movie should have been instant classic.
Trailer edited and narrated by Michelangelo.
+clawhammr666 CAWABUNGA!
I remember seeing this on the TMNT 3 vhs as a kid xD and being like "HEY! It's KENO! From TMNT2" and also thinkint this
Either that or Keanu Reeves.
I don't think Townsend Coleman (voice of Michelangelo on "TMNT (1987) narrated this.
One of the best parts of being born in the 80s and being a kid up to the 90s, movies like these. Corny, but extremely fun all the way. A cult classic that even my God children love.
The ultimate 90's film trailer.
This is off the TMNT 3 VHS opening.
Watching it now compared to bein a kid I defintley didn't interpret and see some stuff as easily as nkw seeing it. Nostalgia forsure
Fuckin YES 👍
I can remember clear as day watching both movies but watching this in the opening credits to tmnt man I was like 6 years old.
Best part of tmnt 3
Lol jk...
I was wondering why it seemed to familiar.
It's tough to tell if this is a parody of the 90's or an actual film trailer. Either way, it's amazing.
+Lex Python it's an actual film haha
this movie was my life when I was 5
+Tyler “Tybob51” Sampson mine too
+Lex Python
actual trailer. actual game gear
ditto your thought
Ah yes. Teenage Human Ninja Surfers. Classic.
Brought to you by the left over money from TMNT
"You can do it!"

1:42 Brothers don't surf 😆
Such a classic 90's movie
+Miss Lara haha
+Miss Lara Brotha's didn't do A LOT in the 90s.
Lawyers don’t surf! Nathaniel. Point Break. 1991. Vaya con Dios, Bodhi.
Bwaahhahah i had to rewind that
My dad bought this for my younger brother and I from a Video Gallery summer 97, and I swear I watched this movie everyday until the VHS broke--this one and The Wizard are my favorite underrated 90's movies.
The wizard!!!! Classic movie.
So you touched her b@@@@t huh
Of course Rob Schneider is in this.
Based on a true story.
Born in ‘85. Man I miss the 90’s. Watching Snick on Saturday night while eating stuffed crust pizza backwards. 90’s were the best!
Watched this when was a kid...brings back memories.
Amazing times growing up in the 1990s.
Such an underated movie back then and now. But I will always remember the awesomeness and it's still a classic.
90s movies please come back
Such a classic! One of the top movies from my childhood.
You had to be there for this era.
"He can get a job as a sushi chef no problem"
-Rob Schneider
one of my all time favorites. KWANSU DUDE
KWANSu
+Matt Silvey i think it means free beer or something
I watched the shit out of this movie as a kid. And I bought the game for game gear too... that game sucked. :/
So anyway, Moto Surf and all that.
youtubasoarus My two favorite movies growing up were this and Face/Off. Whatever. I was 5.
I'm still have the game and yes it's did suck
Sega must've financed the movie! The gamegear batteries last a whole 10 minutes of use before disgarding.
Mr brothers and I watch the hell out of this movie and father took us to see it when we re little I still love this movie as an adult
So was it as bad as Shaqfu?
Knarley! A film featuring a cyborg-ronin, Leslie Nelsin and a ginger Rob Schnider! Good times!
Reminiscing on my childhood brought me here in 2018.I use to love this movie as a kid 🤣😂,
Who came here after watching that AVGN episode??? High Five Bro lol

Classic if you were a mid to late 80's baby you watched this!!!! You already liked Ernie Reyes Jr. From movies like red Sonya and the last dragon and tnmt II not to mention that Michaelangelo was the voice over for the trailer.... Good memories and😊
Surf's up, dude! After watching this trailer over and over again for 80 hours straight, I'm finally ready to end my life. Radical!
2022. Still love this movie!! Masterpiece!!
2020!! Love this movie from my childhood.
This trailer is suprisingly ahead of its time, its like internet culture made flesh
Oml my chem teacher was part of the production crew for this movie and we just watched it in class today with him XDD
Gotdamn this is 90s af
i remember this movie had sooo many ads in tons of comics books during the time
"Just got to wax the old man-to-wave friction reducing vehicle.......surfboard." Only Schneider lol
Still 1 of my favorite movies, I always re-watch this.
I remember this movie from my childhood!! Good Times!!!
Easily one of the best movies of all time.
True story: for my 9th birthday in 1994 my big present was a CD player including my first ever CD, the soundtrack to this film. I am now a professional film & tv composer and have spent the last 13 years doing a show about, what else, ninjas. This movie started fires in us 90s kids.
Only one word can sum up this film...
GENIUS!
'G-To The E-To The N With An IUS! G-G-G-G-GENIUS!'
I love the 90s. Very simple times.
This was my childhood. I have to buy this movie
I use to rent this vhs over and over as a kid, me and my brother wore this tape out.
Best movie ever. !!!! Brought bean so many memories. :-)
Brought bean? looool. Try proofreading.
It's 2022 and my 7 year old self would be stoked I'm watching this trailer right now.
Man if you couldn’t feel that 90’s swagger then you’re dead inside
So glad I got to experience it
made me go and get my old gamegear and hold it for a bit.
@@updfdrakkell143 do you have sonic or the power rangers at least???
@@marc-andremartineau443 sonic, and mortal kombat 1 and 2... and judge dredd hehehe. hell i even got alot of my old toys. LOTS of ninja turtle, power rangers, land of the lost, batman and even swamp thing. Still got the dinozord, dragonzord, and titanus toys all combined sittin on a shelf
@@updfdrakkell143 tell me you've got the full Mighty Morphin power ranger action figures set with the weapons you can put together to make the power blaster 😱😱
I didn’t even think this movie was real. I thought it was something I conjured up in my imagination as a kid.
I had Ernie Reyes Jr. autograph back in the 80s. I liked his tv show Sidekicks. My bro said with a laugh,"I actually liked this movie in the 90s" i responded,"I like this movie now." But thats just cuz I use surfer lingo and like martial arts still...
Is anyone else hearing the whole thing in Trey Parker's voice?
It's funny how Rob Schneider had more dignity in the 90's than he did in the 00's or beyond.
Bro this and a 3 Ninjas, American Ninja, and TMNT marathon and I'm set 😂
Surf Ninjas is an all time classic idc what anyone says. It’s an awesome kids action movie
A timeless classic
God i loved this movie still have the VHS back home.
I could of watch this countless times when i was younger
I love this movie... but this trailer somehow manages to take away what little dignity the movie actually has. It's like if you were deliberately trying to make fun of it.
This isn't a channel that makes parody trailers, is it? This is the actual advertisement from the 90s? Because this feels like a parody. Oh the 90s... you were a very... interesting time.
+Sines314 It absolutely is the real thing. If you have an original VHS of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: Secret of the Ooze, this is in the previews.
+digitalconsciousness Wow. I had a TMNT2 VHS, but it didn't have this in the trailers, I'd remember it. Still have my Surf Ninjas VHS though. The tape shield (or whatever it's called) has broken off, so I have to transport it around in my portable TV with a built in VCR.
+digitalconsciousness Its actually on the TMNT III VHS. When number 2 came out Ernie Reyes would have been unknown.
It's an especially odd trailer. I remember thinking this trailer was weird and pandering even at age 8 or whenever it was, but I still really wanted to see the movie. I never did though.
THIS WAS MY CHILDHOOD
Remarkable. I remember watching this movie when it came out, but one could really swear this is a parody trailer
"720p"
O m g ! I been trying to remember the name of this movie for a while. All I remember was the little boy who played the game and it was real life characters. Haven’t since this movie since I was a kid! Glad I finally found it!!
This is just Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles missing a few details 🤣
Im proud to say i own this movie on vhs and now on dvd.
Truly a product pf the 90’s
Loved this moving growing up
I remembered watching this as one of the previews on the "Secret of the Ooze" VHS.
EPICNESS 90s was a great time
When showtime occasionally had free 3 day channels, this played Saturday mornings, the best
I remember this when I was little!!!!!
I love how this movie was BLATANTLY made to case in on 3 Ninjas lol.
Man, I loved this movie and it aged well. I still have the VHS and the Game Gear cartridge.
Little odd they didn't give Ernie Reyes Sr a mention in the trailer, y'know Zatch.
I miss movies like this.
I just met Ernie at Flynn’s Arcade today! So cool!
Back when Rob Schneider made good movies
I loved this movie
The 90s sure had a lot of ninja movies for kids. I wonder why they stopped making movies like this? I miss them. Bring back Kung Fu Flicks.
But no, seriously. How did this get made?
2023 still one of my favorites
Damn...
34 today made me miss when i was 8 in 1993...
Memories...👏✊💥💣
That green screen at the beginning and new line cinema is my childhood.
Wow. A memory just UNLOCKED
I loved this movie as a kid
The time was the 1990's. Ernie Reyes Jr. was in movies. It was a weird time. I have to see this movie once a year even if I'm just cleaning with it in the background.
Love this movie
going to watch this with my friends tonight i watch it every year!
I have not seen this in years. I ordered the DVD. My brother has to see this!!!
Finally found the movie😅 loved it as a kid but could never remember the name. The video game scene was my favorite
Here because Ernie Reyes Jr. just popped into the "People you should know" box on Facebook.
This movie made me wanna buy a SEGA Game Gear. I got one years after its discontinuation. Most of all, this movie gave me the hots for Kelly Hu!
Grew up with this awesomeness. Still better than what kids are watching now hahaha. And it's better than twilight
Will always be better. Even born in this generation, it's still a good movie
It's so 90's that even the 90's couldn't handle it.
Awesome trailer, guys! : )
Ernie Reyes Jr! ❤️❤️❤️
Omg I remember this :o loved it
