Candy Dulfer is amazing!
In 1990, when she was only 19 or 20 years old, she played with Pink Floyd in Knebsworth and blew everyone away ❤
I can appreciate a beautiful woman and I can appreciate beautiful sax music. So how can it get any better than this!! ✌❤🎶🇺🇸🎶❤✌
She is the daughter of Hans Dulfer, a saxophonist who achieved serious recognition in jazz fusion in the 60s an 70s. I recommend the impressive instrumental "Don't Go" from Leverkusener Jazztage' 2009 concert.
Give me anything from that concert, even pick up the pieces was much better. I can't tell you how many times I have replayed that concert.
@@blueisback3683 I absolutely agree. All the musicians are outstanding, especially Ulco Bed (guitar), Chance Howard (keyboards) and Jan Van Duikeren (trumpet). Awesome setlist, great mixing, amazing sound..
I guess I had not been listening to enough of her stuff. I had NO IDEA that she raps! That was COOL!
She also backed up Pink Floyd in their 1990 tour. She’s amazing.

Candy worked whit Prince I remember dancing with her mother While her father was playing in Oirschot i am 73 !
She also played with Prince to. When i need sax i call Candy.

Candy had a hit song with Dave Stewart (of the Eurythmics) titled Lily Was Here, title song of a Dutch movie (De Kassière) that was released as single.
She does that song so good!
Oh my, yes, more Candy please. Hadn't seen this one before, I was surprised she did the rap seeing as it looked like Leona was in the chorus who did a great job with the rap in the Candy Store tour.
BTW, that Candy Store tour was outstanding, the musicians she had with her were world class, starting with her usual sidekick, guitarist Uclo Bed.
Candy is crazy talented. Wow! Sometimes she is a part of "Ladies of soul" there you will find one of the best singers in the world Glennis Grace...You guys must check her out. Her Whitney Huston covers are otstanding. Candys guitar player Ulco Bed is also fantastic. Thank you guys.

She is also a member of the band Ladies of soul, formed by several Dutch lady artists, I think it is something you like. They did a fantastic Aretha Franklin compilation.
