Firewood Cooking (Mushroom Swiss Burger)

Charcoal is getting expensive, and 95% of homesteaders have free firewood, myself included. I asked myself, "Why are we not barbequing more with firewood instead of charcoal?" So, on my homestead I am going to eliminate charcoal for a while, and use only firewood for outdoor cooking.
