i have to look at the game from start to finish or including BOTH DLCs, as much as there were 'technical issues;' ie lag etc or as stated a story with answers that lead to more questions, I've seriously enjoyed Gen 9. It's left me wanting more from the series which is quite frankly genius from a marketing standpoint ALSo i could be reaching but based on the anime and some of the "leaks" (i'm not sure how much you've read from Centro or Khu) but it seems as though there will be some sort of continuation of Paldea and it's lore into Gen 10.
I don't follow any of the leaks because I feel they ruined Pokémon discourse and content (lots of PoTeNtIaL LeAks and rumors, and grains of salt and whatever, no creativity). I try my best to not support that. I do feel like Paldea will be referenced in ZA (as Galar was in Arceus), after that it might only be an easter egg or something.
I feel like the Terapagos we caught isn’t the one Heath saw. It doesn’t match the depiction and it’s not hostile like the book shows. So I think an adult Terapagos does exist somewhere. We also need one more mythical. I made 2 dlc concepts of 2 mythicals we could get if you want to see
I completely agree ~ the mystery is what makes it great! Most wish that all of the answers were given to them, but my favorite thing was that the answers were left as riddles for us to solve. I think many of the unanswered questions have answers that we're meant to find in the real world, based on real world inspiration, and those answers hold more meaning to the message that the games are trying to convey. Some loose ends may not even be revisited in future games for this reason...definitely wearing a tin foil hat over here 😂
Unfinished? Pretty sure they concluded the story. And I wouldn't call it perfect since no story is perfect. Also not everything needs to be addressed or explained. The game company likes having us use our imagination to fill in the gaps. Also if they ever doing a third legends game, it won't be Paldea as that is too recent.
I thought the base story was fantastic. The DLC ruined it for me, though. I'm all for a little mystery sometimes, but in this case, there's just a little too much lol way too many questions unanswered, and the DLC did very little to help. I was let down. Which pains me to say because I had high expectations after the base game.
I somewhat agree with you, but not for the whole DLC. I think they rushed the final moments. I can't deny that I got to the end of that final Area Zero rush in the Indigo Disk and felt disappointed. They could've easily kept the mystery but not rush the whole thing...

Honestly the whole thing about the human looking androids was too much and too comic bookie plot twists.
I think the reason why it's so perfect is because it leaves so much unanswered the mystery of the game is what makes it so beautiful
There's so much to theorize about and so many answers we'll likely never get! I'm torn on it, as I said, but it really was the best approach here!
