Installed on the 49cc...... little rain earlier so I wait to ride it. Love the sounds at idle!
Did you have any issues with performance after install? We installed on 2020 Ruckus, immediately the spacer was getting chewed up, and the performance was lacking, we put stock clutch back on, and performance is fine. Any suggestions. We have made other mods, and no issues. Thanks for any suggestions.
If you want a happy medium on the sliders ive seen alot of people use 3x12g and 3x14g sliders
Thats nice.. Sometimes the problem of the cvt in scooters is the dragging and vibration when you take off.. that kind of a cluth asseble is very good i think.. Bec the pad doesnt slide with the bell

This is the kind of centrifugal clutch design that should be in-use/available within the power-sports market. (Go-carts, mini-bikes & the like) ;)
I have a 150cc with a 58mm kit with a full ported and cut head to 25 and I have a total of 54 grams in the variator and it makes your bike take off a whole lot faster without messing with the gearing and the other tip is to try to make a build with no starter flywheel my current bike doesn’t have the big starter flywheel and it helps a whole lot with the acceleration
Looked them up on theyre website. Which one works on the gy6? Now ive got the maddog with a 150 but plan on getting the 232 later on. Will the same one work?

Hello, I'm johnboy and new to gy6'ing i have a icebear mojo magic 150cc trike with a chain, so my question is do i also have a belt on the bike under the aluminum cover on the lefthand side. I've had to charge out carburetor. Because i didn't know about foam air filter oil and there special oil needed. The problem now is the bike seems to be jerky after a stop. It's coming from rearend and goes away once i get some speed. Is it because of chair or a bad belt under that cover. Help... Follow up question the bike has kick start but it hard and seems to not

New to the scooter gearing side. I have a Gilera Runner VXR 200 that I like to do some wheele and im not really good at it. I want the bike to come up by its self, I got the polini 9roller variator, polini kV belt and the polini clutch & bell kit adjustable springs tension, but I haven't installed anything as of yet just want to know what I need or should or shouldn't I put them nee parts in?

@@RollingWrench no, it's just a Taiwan make scooter in Hong Kong daily use… the acceleration is a lot faster and it do save more fuel!
And the sound do remind a lot of older biker about the 2 stroke bike with dry clutch at the 80s

You can upjet your stock carburetor and it would work/run but to get the must out of the bbk you should upgrade carburetor stock carb is normally 18mm with the 80cc (47mm?? Kit) maybe run a 20mm carb delete airbox uni fitler or cone filter... also them stock carbs normally dont let you adjust air/fule they cap it..

I trust Matt as well ,he didn't have my sizes,so went to Reveno web-site order what the engineer said would work,I went to fine tuning,I performance clutch worked way better.Email Reveno to start a return no refund and you tune the wrong way and mess up the warranty you on your on.Look at my post
I have a cheap Chinese .49cc scooter with a CF 250cc engine stuffed in it. I'm looking for a better clutch for it after a bit more power and a gear up kit. Would love to know if this clutch is made for the larger engines. The engine is still stock but with a slight advance to the timing and I'm sick of the clutch getting hot when I ride it hard. Makes it hard to do wheelies when the clutch is slipping and chattering. This design looks to be the answer toy prayers, if one is made for my engine.
Could you still hear the clinging dry clutch sound when you cover them with stock engine cover?
You can almost not hear it with the cover installed.

if you want more acceleration goo for 6 8gs for balls. if you want to have more top speed goo for 6 12gs but if you want decent acceleration and top speed goo for 8/12 or 10/13 or 8/12 its up ti your ride habits.
I have a 150cc Hammerhead buggy Chinese version of the gy6. I'm definitely trying to get more grab for hill climbing. I'm still running complete stock setup. Not fun. Had to take different paths to bypass steep hills. Will be upgrading soon. Would you recommend that clutch setup for my buggy???

You can change all of that. However I wouldn’t run it on a buggy. It’s to much weight

I just wanna share my scoot. 😊 I got Honda click 150i and I'm using a flyball 3x 12g mixed with 3x 15g all stack except that I removed the speed limiter at the ECU. From 126 kmph in a center stand to 146 kmph

you should probably use the 2 face curoa wire due to its flexibility and better durability. I also just switch to the DrPulley 12.5gram. Those things sure perform better but also noiser as hell and more expensive. (4 times the price for the roller origin)

First get a big bore kit better carb, camshaft, cylinder head and then you will have enough power to make use from this clutch otherwise normal centrifugal type cluth will be enough.

Best I have seen is a brand called LCR racing for minarelli. they are a small company like Team Cristofolini and only produce to order, but it went with the 2fast billet torque driver. The Stage6 torque control clutch is a formidable clutch too, you can adjust pretty much anything about it
You got the right state of mind with that ,reveno is high price,no return, costly for fine tuning
I see them on high end drag builds .. it's the same old adage : speed is a question of money, how fast do you want to go?

To help with the ringing..... this thought is dependent how hot the outer "bell" gets, could you take a slice out of a lawnmower tire inner tube (think huge rubber band) and stretch it over the outer portion to act as sound dampening?
