What service was that at Doha Airport? She just walked you to the lounge?
Unfortunately Business lite fare does not include a lounge access. However, I am not sure why you were not allowed to use a lounge when you are a platinum member! Safe Travels

اولا
الحمدلله علي ااسلامه وتغطيه فوق الرائعه .
ثانيا .
لا تقارن القطريه مع الثاي .
بهاذي الحاله ظلمت القطريه قارن القطريه مع خطوط التوب 5 إلي مثل مستواها .
ثالثا .يوجد 3انواع من البزنس .استاندر بزنس ومتوسط .والبرستيج هاي كولتي .
رابعا .القطريه لا تعطي كل المميزات الا الذي دفع المبلغ بالكامل .
اما بالنسبه لتذاكر النقاط الفري تيكت والاب كريت .
لا تدخلهم اللونج ووزن الامتعه مثل الدرجه الاقتصاديه .
قارن الثاي مع السيلانيه الهنديه الماليزيه تحكم عليها .والاهم من ذلك مقارنه الثاي مع القطريه بالمقاعد .
في قاعده معروفه كل ماقل عدد المقاعد بالبزنس كل ماصبح المقعد اكبر واريح فيه مواصفات اكثر .علي حسب طلب الشركه .
يمكن الثاي عندها مقاعد بالبزنس 40 مقعد .
والقطريه 30 مقعد .
الفرق 10 مقاعد .
فيصبح تصميم المقعد اكبر واحس واريح ومواصفات افضل علي القطريه .
وننتظرك في التغطيات الاخري .

Shitty Situation!!! you probably forgot to mention that you have upgraded your tickets because of this you are not allowed to use the lounge. This is the only condition you are not allowed to use the lounge. QA & EK has taken the right decision to not allow any upgraded passenger to use their lounges unless if they purchased their tickets as business and first class. So probably you didn't read the terms & conditions when you purchased the upgrade it is clear as a crystal

At least ask me if I upgraded before judging.
For your info, no it’s not an upgraded ticket, fully purchased.
