That was a great morning. Nice to have a steady bite and calmer water. Nice job Mike. Hopefully it will get better “Any Day Now” 👍

Recently moved to Sarnia. Nice to have local videos as I am unfamiliar to fishing the waters around here. Thank you for sharing. Deserved a subscribe for sure.

That was a beauty at 4:00. I'm hoping to get out to the pier on Erie to try for some walleye this weekend. Would you recommend the same jig setup for shore fishing? I have curly tailed jigs and a slip bobber and worm setup to try.

I'd imagine the curly tails and slip bobber would be a good bet off the pier.

Perfect day of jigging. What time were you out there? Looks like you were drifting back and forth on both sides of the border based on the bridge in the background. I thought the US side was dead but looks like you were catching.

Drifted from the Red Buoy to the bridge on this morning. Fished between 730 amd 930 am. All on the Canadian side .

What’s the specs on your jogging rod/reel setup

I've got 2 setups that I like to use. I have a 7'2" medium power, fast action rod paired with a 2000 size spinning reel when using a 3/4 oz. jig. I have a medium heavy for when using 1 oz. jigs, same size reel. I usually use 8 or 10 lbs. braid to a 8 lbs. fluorocarbon leader.
