But at least it has CLOSET SPACE (seemingly a first for the UK) along with cabinet space in the bathrooms (for tooth brushes, hair dryers, etc.). Is it a freehold? P.S. -- It's hilarious when Matt refers to the closets as "wardrobes." Do gay people "come out of the wardrobe" in the UK or do they "come out of the closet?" Here in the U.S., we say that gay people come out of the closet. Just curious..... Keep your terrific videos coming! Love them!!
Would love a video where you rank the best cities to live in UK! It could have clips from your tours in those cities, a list of factors you considered etc. I think everyone would watch that video.

While most of us will never be lucky to buy these kind of places, thoughts on showing the ground rent / maintenance costs for the flats?
haha i bet some interesting things happened in that carpark! We posted a Reel on Instagram of the weather throughout the seasons from the penthouse balcony. Snow, sunset, sunrise, storms, lightning shooting across the sky. Breathtaking views!

If you win it and intend to live in it, then Stamp duty is paid by the promoter..however, if you are going to rent it out or just have it as a 2nd home, then you are looking at a Stamp duty bill of £27,000, of which the promoter 'might' pay £10,000 of that. Buyer beware! 50k of 206k tickets sold so far. But, it is a great place!
