This chap that does the narration on these videos is a likeable big guy !! Extremely humble on his approach to it all - especially the touch of respecting the owner’s property by temporary removing his shoes on all his vids.

Overpriced. I know this is West Bridgeford but even so, 700grand for 1200sqft? Can have a big detached place (with a garden) in a quality area like the Park Estate or Mapperley Park for that.
Love penthouses too. But think you are short changed buying this one. I would expect to see built in wardrobes and en suites in other bedrooms. Also underfloor heating.

Another great home tour. I'm surprised that a newly built property like this one doesn't provide wardrobes in the bedrooms. Equally interesting that the model doesn't show them, either. Where are people supposed to hang suits, dresses, shirts and coats? Strange.

Nice place, but what about the lease length and service charge costs? As an apartment owner in nearby Mansfield, I find the service charge costs are very high for what you actually get.

Why do the sinks and freezers generally be so small? And how come the bedrooms don’t have wardrobe space?
Electric heaters instead of underfloor heating and in the guest toilet a large towel heater? Toilet roll holders not available or Geberit toilets? For 700k my expectations would be slightly higher!
Could you guy list the monthly/annual service charge for future videos? Maybe even how long the lease is.

Its a nice flat, but I wouldn't consider it a penthouse due to the small size.

Not a great location; lots of traffic noise and football noise and frankly avoid fhp for for good-value... (I think they are always over-priced). Lots to wonderful properties in this area though - check out Lady Bay or Wilford.

Most you introduce house/flat are excellent. This is one is so so, not worth $700,000.
Deansgate Square (highest in Manchester) got the 1700 sq ft Top floor around $800k pounds. Excellent view , better than this one and prestige.

£700K! Up here in the North East you could get a massive beautiful mansion with land for that.
It's 2 hours too far away from London. Very Nice but anything over 50 mins away from central London starts to feel like a chore....other than that, it's a nice space.
Is it possible to buy two adjacent apartments and knock through to make one big apartment?

Oof, besides what has been mentioned by others, I'd be proper put off by the stadiums by the apartment. I stayed not too far from the Leicester Tigers stadium and you could hear the noise from that from quite a distance away. I'm not much of a fan of these sports but I imagine there'd be a game every other weekend for 6+ months of the year. Jesus. What a terrible location for a stadium.

Personally I wouldn't pay £700k to live next door to a football ground. Much better value to be found in the suburbs

Penthouse means what
Top floor apartment, usually posher than the lower floors.
It feels so cramped and badly thought out I won't complain about the lack of info regarding the service charges etc...gonna be high anyway, not worth it.
Please be careful when showing where you live. To many UA-cams have problems with weird people showing up to their properties
