    I am continually amazed that people will spend this amount to live in London when the same amount could get you a fabulous estate elsewhere! Yes, the property is well done however given ULEZ and living cheek by jowl with neighbours, I personally think it is madness!

      @naraithsil, i was thinking the same thing. Imagine what you could buy in the U.S. for this amount and acres of beautifully landscaped grass with 3 or 4 garages. i don't think the Brits are big on landscaping. i think they are happy with terraces. The homes are right on top of each other. i have seen some homes though where they are not on top of each other. Imagine if you had 2 big German Shepherds and when they start to bark because they hear or see something, the neighbors being so close together are not going to like the barking. But if you had 2 0r 3 acres of land surrounding your home, they are not going to be bothered by the barking as much!

    The interior design of that home was simply amazing. Not a bad place to rest your head at the end of the day. The only thing that stung was the price. Where I'm from (the American Midwest) that price gets you a lot of acres and a house with 3x or 4x more square feet.

    It's really nice, I think they utilized the space well considering it's under 5,000sqft. Also, in the beginning I said there are 6 bedrooms & I only counted 5. Maybe I missed 1, but there was the staff bedroom, 2 rooms on the second floor, the master bedroom & the room on the top floor. Unless they consider that study area on the 2nd floor a bedroom or 1 of the other rooms that's being used as something else is considered a bedroom. Also u'd think the master would have room for a king sized bed. Don't get me wrong it's really lovely, it just seems a little cramped. Maybe it's just me because I'm claustrophobic & also I'm from U.S. & am used to having more open spaces. It just seems like for 25mil pounds there should be more space

    • @isaacgloriosissimus2509
      @isaacgloriosissimus2509 2 роки тому +1

      You are right. A 25 million pound property should have more spaces. The London luxury properties always have small spaces but are super expensive. I think it's because it's in London. It's the same in New York City where the bedrooms are small.

      @@TobyCorban Hi Toby! I think most Americans from the U.S. are going to complain about the low ceilings and the small rooms. Also, they would probably complain about not having acres and acres of land for that amount of money. That being said, what do you think of us Americans??? Are we crazy or what!

    This property is too pretensious, the rooms are tiny too much wasted space, no family kitchen..more for a bachelor who parties certainly not suitable for a family.

    Interesting walk-through. Good to know what you get for that sort of money, other than the location. Nice corner shop close by. Swimming pool is really a foot bath.

    A very well appointed bachelor pad, nicely pesented. The marble is exceptionally beautiful. The price is a tad inflated though.

    I guess the £24 millions of the price is for living around the corner from Harrods! I don’t know, all I know that I’ll make a crap millionaire, I’ve gotten too comfortable with being broke all my life! Anyway, being born and bred in East London, if I had the dough to buy a mansion, seriously Greater London will be the last place I buy a property in. Don’t get me wrong, London is a great grey and expensive city to live in, especially if you’re a drunk and like the seedy side of the city-life, but I want more wild-life to see the end of my days. And can somebody tell me why is London 10% larger than when I was born? London seems to be growing larger each year.

    The kicthen was quite small for that size house.If they had joined perhaps a study and another room together the space would have been bigger for the living spaces, but they are more focused on having a bedroom count of 6.

    This one gave me elite “naughty” party vibes… not a family home, defo a place for entertaining normally associated with tories and shieks.

    Absolutely stunning... People on here moaning but even though I would spend my money on somewhere less urban. There are people in this world (sometimes dubious) who have 25 million to spend and want a central London location and already own numerous other properties... Plus think of the stamp duty/taxes going into government coffers...

    We have here out gorgeous king bed with built in tv, 5 plush pillows with built in tv. Across the room we have built in tv, looking down the floor has a built in tv. A beautiful 18th century chandelier with built in tv hangs above. I know you’re thinking there’s no doors connecting this room but if you look here, this built in tv is the main door. Opening it leads us to another built in tv, guest wc with automatic toilet and built in tv, toilet paper with built in tv

    For £25m, I expected the lower floor to have an entertainment and leisure, steam room, jacuzzi and bar area. Properties of this value I don't think will sell this days, the Russians, Africans, Arabs don't see Europe as a safe place to buy or invest in property.

      Don't blame them when it seems the governments of some European countries will just take away your property because they do not like the actions of your country's leader regardless of what you actually even believe yourself.
