    Everything would be exotic, but I think the shopping would be more memerable, still blows my mind that there are some entire malls or plazas underground, with such unique infastructures.

    To me it was the shopping. Especially having shirts tailor made. I also love Jrock CDs and DVDs, and the posters and reading material that go with them. Jrock materials are almost impossible to find. I also love shopping for Japanese toys and models and anime figurines.
    MUCH better than what we have in America now.
    I do not eat anything out of the ocean anymore. Depletion and god knows what is in the water anymore with the pollution that is there.
    Mostly though I would prefer to sightsee the entire country if I had a whole summer to do it. From top to bottom.I lived in Fukuoka and Near Tokyo and would love to see the changes since I was there a few decades ago.

      Mecks089 interesting leap of logic there.

    • @Mecks089
      @Mecks089 6 років тому +2

      Well it's mostly based on fasts, people who mostly buy what they want or need online tend to go outside for less reasons.
      I've heard of people who never go to the mall or any other store in town anymore simply because they shop online. I find it sad.

    • @joek2978
      @joek2978 6 років тому

      It's pretty clear we're talking about different things. You're talking about something akin to agoraphobia, which has always been around by the way, whereas I'm talking about the convenience of expanding your reach thanks to the internet. I grew up in a town of about 12000 people, and being able to acquire things from Japan, or Germany, or wherever, was just a dream. Don't confuse facts for anecdotal evidence, it's pretty irresponsible to assume that people who use the internet to buy things are the same people that never leave their home. Based on your messages, I can assume English is not your first language, so it's probably just something lost in translation or a difference of culture, but online shopping is a good thing, not one to be sad about. Have a great evening.
