Mizutaki is a kind of a one-pot dish using chicken broth made from chicken bones.
It is a local dish mainly eaten in Fukuoka Prefecture.
Of course, I made and arranged ginger chicken meat balls that Yuji Itadori's legacy :)

I had a lot of mince turkey meat and didn't know what to do with it.. so did a variation of your recipe. Yuzu is rare to find in England so skipped it 😅 I used ginger, spring onion and parsley (love it). Added a spoon of light soy sauce and mirin and 1 egg... the soup is still cooking so hopefully it will be good. I will have it with rice noodles
