  • Today I am sharing with you some of my favorite meals I've been eating for maximum weight loss. These meals all fall into the starch solution/ vegan/plant-based category and are delicious, quick, and easy to make. I hope you enjoy them.

    I like watching these videos because it makes me feel normal. I get so tired of friends saying "you eat so much food!" Or asking me why I put a few handfuls of raw spinach under almost every meal.

    Just made that rice noodle sauce!with pad Thai noodles & veggies. Awesome. You know when you discover a new recipe and you don't want to eat it too much - because you're afraid you'll get sick of it. That's this.

    Hi Tia, loved this video and love your work. I’ve been trying to get on the WFPB lifestyle for awhile now on and off. I’ve got all the books etc, and they look pretty on the bookshelf.I came across one of your videos the other day and wham……I’m hooked.     Hey Tia! Great video. I had a bit of a set back over the last half of 2022 in my eating so am looking forward to getting back to a vegan lifestyle & losing some weight. Gotta try that rice dish, looks so good! Take care and happy new year!❤🎉

      Same here Sally. Did so well WFPB until I hit November and December. Nothing but junk food. Gained weight, heartburn and feel crappy. Need to refocus and get back to plant based

    Love Soba Noodles. That looked good. I need to make that rice. Yum. I'm probably 70% Plant Based. But would like to higher that. For my Health. This all looked good. I don't know why they call it red cabbage and red onion either. It's Purple. lol.

    Love your videos and how quick and easy you make your meals! I just had a bunch of broccoli with your Hum oil free dressing ( love that stuff). Do you have a good recommendation for veggie broth?

      Yum. I buy mine from Whole Foods and get the low sodium. As long as it’s low sodium and just veggie broth, I think you’re good 😊

    I went plant based a month ago...I ate quite a lot in the beginning but I'm finding I'm not that hungry now and I think I need to cut back on how much I'm eating.. I also haven't been losing any weight I've just maintained my weight and I do want to lose .. about 20lbs.. it's a good thing but I don't feel like I eat much to begin with.. a smoothie in the morning with oats and fruit with maybe an apple..I don't eat lunch.. dinner is usually a veggie with beans or rice..I don't want to be deficient in anything.. still not sure what to do.. I think I'm going to cut out the extra fruit in the morning or perhaps cut dinner a little..

    Edamame is very expensive & hard to get where I live (small rural town in Queensland Australia 🇦🇺) What would be a good substitute instead please? Ty in advance 😘

      @@abc7764 I thought of those, I’m not a fan of chickpeas though, I find them “dry” but I’ll do some research & find something equivalent in protein & nutrition to the edamame. Thanks for your reply 👍🏻😊

    I'm so glad you labeled your video indicating that this is "vegan" weight loss so I didn't waste time watching this video. I hate wasting my time clicking on videos to waste 10-15 minutes all to find out that the video wasn't of interest

      Your comment made me giggle!! A “vegan” diet is one of the best ways to lose weight and be healthy. I highly suggest you watch a documentary on Netflix called “what the health” and then this video might not be a waste of your time!! 🤗

      @@Hannah_theBrit thanks for the info! However, I'm not a vegan and I was thanking her for announcing that in her headline. Searching for weight loss meal plans can give you lots of vegan results. If you're not a vegan, you can't weed these out because it's not part of the name of the video. Not shaming her video, just appreciating the fact that she's let us (non vegans) know that she's created a vegan weight loss meal video just helps us search better 😌 I'm not against vegans or their diets!
      Hope I made that better to understand!
