There may be a slight curve on the doors, the headliner and back of cab are definitly curved,lol abs will bend when heated, a heat gun works best, practice first! It def has a sweet spot, any more heat and it just flops and distorts, abs can also be bent in a brake, i actually did the door panels in a brake, slight heat added..for the compound curves in the headliner and corners, i actually used heat gun and a basketball…just heat and pressed onto the ball, you can do any shape you want that way..

They were just a fiberglass piece. i got from a guy that had them ,google armrests, ive seen them before..

Where do you get the abs panel from?
From a local amish huy, i think he ordered from miamicorp in cincinatti, ohio

What size foam did you use and what kind?
1/8” its the stiffer sandable foam, i forget the name..sorry
