I have to laugh whenever I see anyone do the " hop/stomp" when doing the snatch b/c your not going to see anyone pull 115+ and jump to push up & overhead it's absolutely horrible for the ankles, hips and spine the psi it push on the body not good

Don't rock back on your heels when you fully extend. I had the same issue, feel your feet during the pull.
