Thank you to everyone who is kind and understanding that Louis is supporting our family by working with brands he really enjoys and believes in. We wouldn’t be able to make free videos for you to enjoy if it wasn’t for brand partnerships. Also, different brands want different percentages of the videos to be sponsored, it’s part of the contract, so if it feels like a longer sponsorship sometimes it’s because that’s what has been agreed to. Anyway, thanks for understanding ❤️ (also, not sure if you’ve noticed but our Raya and Louis channel has only had one brand partnership in the last 8 months, if Louis wasn’t doing these videos we literally wouldn’t be able to afford rent or food ✌🏼)
You're welcome, Raya! But there is absolutely no need to apologize for the video. It's actually very saddening that people choose to waste their energy on complaining about nonsense when that energy can be used towards positivity. Louis's video was amazing and I enjoyed every bit of it and the ad. He's amazing, you're amazing and your family is amazing. You guys are doing fantastic and as long as your family is happy and taken care of keep making those ad videos lol 😁🤗🙌👏✌
Well whatever the deal he's made me finally upgrade my old Samsung. Watching this had me ordering my new phone straight away so I'm grateful for You Tubers working with brands because if they're as good as Louis and demonstrate the item or service so we'll and share genuine excitement about its functions then there's no better way of reaching me personally. I remember years ago finding out about hourly or daily car insurance from one of Louis' vlogs - me and my kids still use that to this day. For every hater there are thousands of supporters, never forget that. ❤
Additionally he blends it in so well. It's not an ad segment that interrupts the main content, its part of the main content.(Ex. Kara and Nate Sorry ;) )
Even if I park for 15 minutes during a roadtrip I plug in. ABC: Always Be Charging. You still haven't learned even after driving across the USA without DC charging.
what frustrates me is - you have a time limit and yet waste time by sightseeing, THEN charging! - Why on earth did you not plug in while visiting the cathedral? then you unplug from the charger until morning and waste another dont know how long looking for coffee and topping off the charge. Had you fully charged the night before would have had you on the road half hour earlier. Also a heads up - to maximise charge efficiency, aim to charge between 20 and 80 percent. outside of these numbers takes an age.
I think this is a great away to inform people of the latest tech that is out there. If it wasn’t for this video I wouldn’t really know what really out there.
I've always used Samsung phones and am looking to buy a new one. I thought Louis demonstrating some of this phones functions was informative. I understand this post may not hold interest for everyone but there's always the option of not watching if the video isn't in your wheelhouse. I think he puts a lot of thought and effort into his posts (Raya also). Love traveling along with you. Greetings from Tucson, AZ🤘❣
Hi Louis, I usually plan my EV trips with A Better Route Planner. It includes Tesla and non-Tesla chargers. Also worth looking at accommodation with chargers. Often these are free.
He's at work and heading to be with his family...2 very good reasons for wanting to hit a deadline. He's said repeatedly that he really wants to explore France more now, sometimes the whistle-stop tour inspires not o ly him but us to visit more leisurely when we can.
A video so soon after the other "all electric" road trip. Guess Qualcomm wanted it released now but it is odd that just few days after he arrived in Italy (as far as we are concerned from watching video), but now gone back to UK and into France and maybe on some of the same roads!! LOL (Only watched few seconds of the video)
Great video! What a relief, no com locations or delays. The loved that you actually got to enjoy a bit of sightseeing! So refreshing! Also, I’m ready for more new of your lovely family videos!
We just finished the scooter series and stopped dreaming about percentages and range 😂 And here we go again a roadtrip north to south - you seemed to love your math 😊
Off driving down to Argeles-sur-Mer on Saturday and picking the Mrs up from Perpignan airport but giving myself time to enjoy it by taking two and a half days and two nights Camping Municipal with as few toll roads as possible.
Louis, know that most of us understand that you have to do partnerships because this is your job. I still had a ton of fun watching your video! Keep doing you! 🧡✨
I appreciate your discussion of technology. I am of the age that I feel I'm falling behind the curve, and like to see examples of what is available. I wouldn't even know what to ask, if i was trying to learn on my own.
Why not charge while you sleep at least? Either at a destination charger, or even at a Supercharger seeing as there's zero chance it will be totally full overnight, so you wouldn't be inconveniencing anyone.
The Model X will DC charge at 250kWh. You need to allow the car to preheat the battery before you arrive. If you’re only getting 80kWh it’d charge to 100% in 20-30mins.
@FunForLouis You can get help from the Teslas routeplanning for charging spots. You do not need to charge up above 80 or 90% depending on which battery chemistry you have in the car. And most batteries charges slower the more the batteries are charged. It is often better to fastcharge up to 80% and drive on to the next chargespot and fastchange upto 80% again when on a longer road trip. Often this 80%charging is faster than charging up to 100% at every stop. AI can be helpful but it can also be harmful or down right dangerous if used by nefarious people. It is up to us, normal people, to put together rules and regulations to govern AI development and use and push our politicians to make them into laws. If you look at a lot of the older buildings were built with the golden ratio as their aspect ratio. That is one of their features that makes us look at them in awe.
My guess is that they support each other and obviously do what works for them. They both seem like very loving and nurturing parents. Would it be fair to say to another parent "why are you 'always' at work and seperated from your family" another perspective could be "he's away because he is working to provide for his family" -let's not forget that this is also Louis job and a source of income to support their son. This is just a small glimpse into their life, Louis is very active as a dad although I don't know Raya and Louis personally it's very clear to see that in their journey they share. Your question is most likely just out of genuine curiosity but to say "always" is definitely not fitting.
Wow, Louis! Are you trying to prove that you can drive long distances with electric vehicles or to prove that it is not worth the stress! Lol...well we are with you, drama or no!
The worlds first documented cowboy builders, taking eight hundred years to finish the job. They must have told them one day, "we're just popping down to Screwfix for some 2x4's." And then ghosted them for the next 750 years, every time they tried texting or calling.
Brilliant trip Guys! I'm fully hooked on Snapdragon now! Will be putting in an order for the Samsung S24 Ultra very soon.(new ones can be got online for £731)!! Cheers, John, UK.
I finally see the problem with driving on the wrong side say the wrong side because most drive on the other side it’s a pain when your alone and need a ticket on the highway isn’t it
Your sponsor with random review in this entire vid lengths are amazing, it's just something better than sponsor segment. Looking forward on your next trip.
How can it be right that you can't use your phone in the car but you can use the in car navigation and plot your stops while looking down at the screen.
You are supposed to set it up before you leave and not touch it again. Looking at a map direction is very different from texting or watching a video etc
It’s nice that you can at least eat the fries at McDonalds in Europe. Here in the US, as I’m sure you know, the fries aren’t vegetarian. It’s really ridiculous.
how lucky you must feel getting to travel the world and having the money to do it. I guess my thing is, I'm sure you finance it all with UA-cam... but don't you feel silly walking around with a selfie stick or holding a camera pointing at yourself while walking around the old church? I know that I would.

You guys should at least do one in each video like every other UA-camr, it’s not something out of the ordinary it’s literally how UA-cam works.

Beautifully said Raya 🤍 you're an amazing human being & a supportive mom/wife - I'm a mama & 29, you inspire me so much!
Scooter series was a blast! But this... A huge advert. A bit dissapointed. 😢
Fun video, shame it's a one giant advert. I understand the need for sponsorship but this feels like 50% of the video being an ad
He has a child to pay for i think we can see past this. Let’s grow up
I found the bits on the new tech very interesting. Will defo be getting Snapdragon.
Then just scroll 😂
@@mikolv21You can pay for a UA-cam Premium with no ad interruptions to your viewing. I think it’s like £12-13 per month.
Yeah. And Qualcomm and Asus is mentionen more than the software that is the true hero.
Stopped for 2.5 hours without charging and then running down the battery lol
Yeah, I didn’t understand that at all. On a long EV road trip you would never just stop for an extended period of time without charging.
Open the comment section to write this. Didn't understand the strategy
I was expecting the limp mode to kick in anytime hahahahahaha
I don't think that batter gets low enough until like 2% indicated.

The one cardinal rule of EVs (Electric Vehicles) is ABC, Always Be Charging.

You should keep an e-scooter in your trunk. So you can explore easier while you're charging.
Hi Louis, I usually plan my EV trips with A Better Route Planner. It includes Tesla and non-Tesla chargers. Also worth looking at accommodation with chargers. Often these are free.
imagine having all the time in the world because of your work yet still hammering it through beautiful countries each week to hit deadlines.
Doing the trip generates content to film, the videos attract sponsorship and a bit of UA-cam revenue. Technically it is his work.

Good fun
Awesome video Louis! I helped build these cars at our California factory. ⚡️Always love to see people enjoying adventures in them. 🚘 Cheers! 🤙🏼

That church was phenomenal!!
In the US(at least in my area)McDonald's & most other "burger restaurants" open around 6:30am if they aren't open 24hrs.
The video call language translation is so cool!😊
I havent watched you in years, just said id look you up and youre still vlogging well done bro !
I love how close Louis is to Raya's family! He's a gem ❤
Nope, he doesn't stoooop! hahahah
At least it's a shorter trip and way more comfortable 🤷♀
Happy seeing a man loving his work. Love u man! Watching from philippines👌👌
The car sets the route automatically, you don't need to do anything other than put your final destination in.
How about a BMX with a solar panel built in Louis? You're traveling in daylight only. Seems fun.

Love the video and how technical savvy you are.
There is no better feeling than finally seeing the Super Chargers when your battery is at 5%!
Can’t wait to see more travels in the Tesla! So cool!
Although the ingredients in Red Bull are technically all plant-based, many vegans avoid Red Bull as the company tests on animals, according to Peta.
Such a difference from last trips transport! Must be so nice 😄
No limp mode 😅
Awesome technology 😊
You mentioned Bulgaria a few times. Try this trip there 😊
It's not so convenient
Very cool video mate.
Maybe u could mention costs.
I would never sit so long on that battery. Why not get an EMF reader and test the radiation. I think u will be supposed

You can absolutely charge that laptop in the car. You just need the right charger. :) Don't need an inverter.

Do you not realize how power is generated? Gas, fossil fuel...
In France its nuclear, wind and solar... Not all power is from fossil fuel
@AntonioSilva-v8y how ? Over consuming Solar energy is the same as fossil energy ?
