I will disagree that avocados contain the healthiest fats, grass fed red meat is much more heathier, especially with pasture raised eggs & some asparagus spears fried in real grass fed butter, lemon juice & garlic, bon apetit 👍

@@LifeToYourYears No research as such, just hearing out various 'nutritionists' like yourself & implementing & taking out foods from my diet for the last 12 years. I finally found what suits me, dropped 36lb, blood pressure now 113/72, sleep like a baby & my energy levels through the roof, pretty good for a 50+ year old. I believe if you want a healthier & longer life, stay away from doctors & hospitals, they know nothing about nutrition in my opinion.
