I've been as sick as a dog for almost 10 years. I've had surgeries, countless medications, misdiagnosed and denied denied any assistance whatsoever. My new doctor found a severe b1 deficiency and a gene mutation. Prescribed B1 vitamins and I'm currently going on two months without any major symptoms. 5xstronger and capable of being a person again.

High blood pressure runs in my family, but so does obesity. My blood pressure topped out at 150+/90+. Medication brought it down, but this year I decided to get my health in order. Dropped 70 lbs, exercise 1 hour+ daily, eating more whole food based and less sodium, and I consume beet juice. Blood pressure now hovering around 120/65, and completely off medication. Genetics matter, but it seems in my case BMI and V02 max were the big thing. This has been a huge motivator to stay extremely fit.

So true. Hypertension is often misconstrued as a disease, when it’s actually a symptom of an underlying condition, most of which are correctable. Unfortunately, the battery of tests one would have to go through in order to rule out and hopefully determine the etiology of the hypertension are many and costly. It’s just easier for the patient to take the prescribed meds and then procrastinate on getting all the tests completed. Many people lack the insurance or the resources to realize the follow up evaluation. As such, only a fraction of those who are diagnosed with hypertension can actually complete the follow up diagnostics.

I have had chronic headaches, anxiety, fatigue most of my adult life. Then I got cancer. It wasn't until I saw this Brecka guy on tiktok that I realized I may have the genetic mutation that regulates methylation. I messaged my primary health care provider about but it was obvious she had no idea what I was talking about but she said we could discuss it in Feb which is my next physical. Just for the hell of it I bought a B Complex supplement with methylated b and c vitamins. Within a week I noticed a huge difference in my sleeping, my energy level, less headaches. After watching this video my next purchase is going to be the trimethylglycine supplement Brecka talked about.

@@khabibpaddedrecordbro now shit! I'm really disappointed lately.
Have you heard of the interview with Randall Carlson, and the scientist/inventor of the plasma generator? He didn't put the episode up. The guy figured out a way to reduce all emissions to oxygen, and use half fuel. But there were this board of people on an oil Co that were disbanded later, for bribing, and spreading that the man was a quack, and a fraud in papers and such, just so that the oil reserve he found, they could keep and use themselves. Well, Joe found that right before he came on, and instead of asking one question about the science or invention that's working right now everywhere. He accused the man, making him defend himself. Joe should be one of the first people to know you can't listen to the media, when they attack someone. But here he is. Buying their shit again, to the point of insulting a man that flew all this way to come share something amazing. And poor Randal is out there now feeling bad, and hoping to get Joe to have in back on to go over the science. Believes it's world changing. So it's either handlers got to Joe and said "don't do it". Or he's just a fence sitter still buying these lying fraudsters bs.
